All good Internet connection was very slow on the first couple of weeks and as I used it for remote work I had to ask the landlord to do an upgrade. She managed to hire a new service which we used it until the end of the lease without problems.

The apartment is very nice. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is close to the beach, public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. Ricardo was a very accommodating host. I recommend this apartment.

O apartamento é espaçoso e luminoso. É muito quente devido à orientação solar, fazendo falta estores ou cortinas ou ar condicionado para não aquecer tanto.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Huge advantage that house is located under trees and fully shadow covered. Due to this, average temperature is lower and feels much more comfortable that in other places. The house seems a new, but have a lot of old furniture and not comfortable kitchen. Also it`s very small and rooms are very small. So for 2 weeks it`s okay, but not more. The place around is beautiful! The ocean is warmer than is Sesimbra, and the lake Albufeira is totally warm.

My stay at Ana Rita's Wood House was lovely and as described. The house was really well designed and utilized the space. It was a 20 minute car ride to Lisbon and then 10 minutes car ride to various beaches. Ana Rita was a really lovely and welcoming host.

very hospitable owner, quickly responds, told and showed everything. The apartment is excellent, well ventilated, not hot, so that even air conditioning is not needed.

Great place for a short vacation. Great view of the ocean and sunset. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need for life, as well as very fast and stable internet. The landlords are very friendly, polite and caring. You will like this place and will want to come back :)

A nice apartment with everything you need and it is literally 3 minutes from the beach by walk which is a huge plus! The living room has lots of natural light, and the ocean view is exceptionally great. Ricardo is very caring, kind, and always ready to help. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

I had a great time staying in this studio, great value for money. Everything was perfect. It was neat, quiet, spacious. The hosts completely respected my space yet were there for me if i needed anything and responded fast. The location is perfect if you don't mind walking a bit. A 15minute walk brings you to the fertagus/bus/tram station. Tip: If you like to explore, get a navegante pass (40eur a month-unlimited travel lisbon metropolitan area) and then, corroios is perfect centered to easy explore lisbon, cascais, sintra, belem, costa caparica beaches but also all the way up to Setubal. I walked many streets and the locals always showed respect and were very friendly, so i felt very safe here. Great experience.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It features a cozy living room combined with a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm wide bed and a large wardrobe, plus an additional dark (windowless) room with a bunk bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. There’s also a work desk and a comfortable sofa, making it a very functional space. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows are at the height of a first floor, overlooking a hill with lots of trees and greenery and a one private house, but the area is very quiet. The street is a cul-de-sac, so there’s minimal car traffic. Looking left from the windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean! The sun only reaches the apartment in the late evening during sunset, so the place stays cool enough even on hot days without air conditioning. And there are usually free parking spots available not far from the house. The landlord was always reachable and responded promptly to any requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Very nice area to live in. Especially enjoyed the patio, it was very relaxing to sit there during sunny days. The house and the room had all the amenities needed. The landlady was extremely helpful and nice to speak with. I had the privilege of being alone in the whole house during my stay, but it had enough space to accommodate as many guests as there were rooms. You must use buses or a car to get to either beaches or supermarkets, but it's easy to follow the public transport schedule. The nearest beach is Fonte de Telia, and it's spectacular!

Rita is a really nice host and people person by nature. Since the day I reserved the room until I left she was very attentive, cheerful and always trying to help. She also has the coolest dogs ever. Her house has a nice vibe and very relaxing to work from if you're trying to stay away from the chaotic city but close at the same time to visit often. It has all the amenities you need to cook your meals and the internet connection is reliable and fast. The room was organized and super clean just like shown in the listing too. Also, it may seem like a remote location, but it's very close to a bus stop with different lines that will take you to Lisbon or different parts of Almada in less than 45 minutes or so. There are different types of restaurants, convenience stores, small family shops and grocery stores nearby as well. And the coast is only 30 minutes away on foot which is a nice walk. I will surely stay here again in the future. Até a próxima Rita! Obrigado.
