We stayed here for a month and had a good experience. The apartment is in a very central location, so there is some expected street noise, but the windows insulate sound very well — with them closed, we had no problem sleeping. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but some elements were a bit worn or needed attention when we moved in. For example, the kitchen table was wobbly when we arrived, but the host was incredibly responsive and promptly sent someone to fix it. We also noticed quite a few spiders during our stay in July, but this wasn't a cleanliness issue on the host's part — they simply came in when we kept the windows open for fresh air. The building doesn't allow/have A/C, so during a heatwave, the high temperature made living inside quite challenging. The hosts proactively provided fans, which helped, but only marginally. Overall, we had very positive experience. We had everything we needed to make it our home, and once the peak of the heatwave passed, the temperature was comfortable. Communication with Jana and the easyBNB team was excellent from start to finish — they were highly professional, quick to resolve any issues, and very attentive. A functional, well-located flat with great property management.

Eliska was a wonderful host, and I had tons of fun staying at the apartment. It is cozy and right up the Florenc station.

We had an amazing stay in Budapest! The apartment was super convenient, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect central location. A comfortable stay in a prime location, near the Guindais Funicular and within easy walking distance of the Dom Luís I Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, Jardim do Morro, São Bento Station, and Rua das Flores. Communication with the host was clear and straightforward.

I stayed here for 5 months and had a great experience overall. The location was excellent — great public transport connections (especially to the university) and a supermarket right at the doorstep. The apartment was well-equipped with reliable internet, a very effective air conditioning unit, and a comfortable pull-out couch, plus a large balcony that was a real highlight. Communication with the landlord was quick and uncomplicated throughout my stay. Overall, a great place for an extended stay — happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected apartment in Bratislava.

Tamas was a great host and a pleasure to communicate with. Fantastic location, very easy to get anywhere in the city from. The only complaint I have is the furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but for the price I can't complain too much.

I especially appreciated the air conditioning during the warmer days, the air purifier, and the excellent shower. All of which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s just a short walk to the metro, trams, and buses, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for my stay in Budapest. It combines comfort, convenience, and a great location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
