Bydlení v bytě v Drahobejlově ulici 61 bylo naprosto úžasnou zkušeností. Lokalita je velmi pohodlná a nabízí mnoho možností spojení MHD. V okolí bytu se nachází obchody všeho druhu. Samotný byt je plně vybavený a má vše potřebné pro pohodlné bydlení – moderní kuchyň, luxusní koupelnu a velmi útulný obývací pokoj. Komunikace s majitelkou bytu, paní Márií, byla vždy příjemná a bezproblémová.

Desde o primeiro contacto pelo site, o senhorio foi muito atencioso, respondeu a todas as minhas dúvidas, como fiquei quase um período de 2 meses, estava inclusa a limpeza do apartamento e a equipa de limpeza foi muito caprichosa, pontual e bem-humorada. Me surpreendi com o imóvel, mais bonito e aconhegante que nas fotos. Totalmente equipado, camas muito confortáveis, todos os eletrodomésticos a funcionar perfeitamente além de ter uma imensa varanda com uma vista desafogada.

This is a great, cosy and well decorated apartment. I loved the style, the underfloor heating and the combo of modern and historic. It is well located also and at night I would take walks by the river and the parliament or visit any of the many restaurants and cafes nearby. It's great because its close to everything and yet on a really quite calm street. Claire was a great host and really responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment. Newly renovated, well-decorated and spacious. Very well-illuminated, though you retain your privacy as the windows are blurry. The building is fine. Located in a very nice area of Budapest, 1 min away from the metro, and 3 min away from very nice gyms. The agency also always solved my problems fast. Great support. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

El departamento estaba muy bueno, tal cual las fotos. Que tenga cochera fue un gran plus ya que por la ubicación está bueno tener auto. Lo que si, para ir y venir caminando a las canteras o para el lado de la playa hay dos opciones de bajadas con escalones (85 para ser exactos jaja) así que es algo a tener en cuenta si hay movilidad reducida y no se tiene auto. El termotanque vibraba mucho cada vez que arrancaba y la ventana del living cerraba mal por lo que los días de viento se escuchaba un silbido algo molesto pero ya le dijimos a Juan y dijo que iba a ver de solucionarlo.
El resto espectacular, tiene de todo para largas estadías y la comunicacion con el anfitrion siempre fue muy buena y rapida!

Můj pobyt byl opravdu skvělý. Pokoj byl čistý a dobře upravený a postel velmi pohodlná. Personál byl přátelský a ochotný a služby rychlé a efektivní. Poloha je výborná, blízko obchodů a restaurací, což velmi usnadňuje pohyb. Snídaně byla pestrá a chutná, vhodná pro všechny chutě.
Doporučuji tento hotel každému, kdo hledá pohodlné a klidné ubytování s vynikajícím servisem.

Minha experiência foi excelente. O apartamento é um charme: muito bem decorado, acolhedor e com tudo o que eu precisava durante a estadia. Estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado, o que fez toda a diferença.
A anfitriã foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa desde a chegada, me senti muito bem recebida.

Összességében meg voltunk elégedve a lakással, bár voltak apró szépséghibái(mint pl a tisztaság, a terasz ajtó kilincse). A közlekedés szempontjából jó, közel a metróállomás, bevásárlási lehetőség.

Pedro’s place is a lovely spot - perfect for relaxing and working from home. I had a very comfortable stay. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation nearby. Checking in was secure and easy. I took advantage of having an office to use. There are two balconies that I would love to come back and enjoy in the spring or summer.
Communication with Pedro was clear, timely, helpful, and kind. Thank you Pedro for making my stay very comfortable!

Was a perfect location and perfect stay. Sometimes the internet was not working but it was the operator fault. The one and only thing that was not that good was the shower pressure, but overall for a long stay I would definitely recommend

I lived in this wonderful apartment as a student for 5 months. Everything was fine, the owner always responded quickly and offered help if needed. The apartment is spacious, very bright, there is a grate on the window to the courtyard, there is all the cleaning equipment and everything you need, even including a thread and needle. Also there is a really nice view from the window, with good sound insulation though. I was happy with the time I spent in this apartment!
