I had the pleasure of spending 1 month at this amazing property through the month of August - September. What is there not to say about the place wow! Waking up with that view every morning was something more than a blessing. On top of that, the comfort of the accommodation itself was really good. Has everything you’d need as well as a solid location, there’s a nice gym 2 minutes away with some beautiful restaurants dotted around the vicinity as well. There’s also a car rental down the road and the drives to all the hikes aren’t too far at all. Machico is also home to the only sand beach on the whole island, so that was a plus to be close to! Nuno the owner is also close-by if you ever need anything and himself & his family are so lovely to deal with. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for both short term/ long term rentals and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Nuno🤝

We had a wonderful vacation in August at this fantastic little apartment. The location is simply perfect: right in the historic center, ideal for exploring the narrow streets on foot, enjoying the many cultural events that liven up the city in the summer, and easily reaching the nearby beaches. Šibenik is truly vibrant and full of energy! The owners were amazingly kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. Although small, the apartment is modern and very well-equipped with everything you need. It is great for anyone who wants to explore the area and move around a lot. Since it is a compact space, it is best suited for solo travelers or couples staying for shorter periods who use the home mainly as a base. If you both work remotely full-time for longer stays, managing the space takes a bit of adaptability! If you are coming by car, there is a convenient parking option nearby for €5 per day; otherwise, you'll need to park a bit further away (about a 15-minute walk) in less congested areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it to enjoy the city to the fullest!

The stay was really nice and we didn’t have any problems with the apartment or anything related to it. Customer support was great and very reliable.

The flat is in a perfect location close to the train station but also on one of the nicest "main" streets in Brno. Building access was a little challenging on the first night, but only because the building was doing construction during the day and broke the door handle which made access difficult (of course nothing to do with Viera). I was able to immediately call the phone number provided by Viera for help and use the lock box to enter, with no problem (clear instructions) and the handle was fixed the next day. The building is quiet, under renovation on lower floors, but you cannot hear anything at all even in the morning or during the day. The flat was in a very secure, private (code access only) location/hallway that was completely modern, renovated, and beautiful. It was also lock-secured which for a single woman traveling was important (to me). The flat is beautiful - Viera really thought of everything to make a stay perfect. The bed is very comfortable, high ceilings, kitchen perfect for just making easy/light food or refrigerator for storing food items. Closet space is ample, there is a working desk, and the bathroom is lovely with marbled flooring and a shower with strong water pressure. Everything was spotless and I felt so comfortable there for 4 days. Because of its location near the old city center, I was able to walk everywhere, grocery shop, take a city tour, and go to my conference at Masaryk University. As for Viera, she was very helpful throughout the process and the move-in instructions were very clear. If I came back to Brno, I would happily stay here again.

Paní majitelka super komunikativní. Vše jasně a srozumitelně vysvětlila, předání klíčů přes schránku v protější ulici. Byt v 1. patře, výtah, velmi dobře vybaven, zejména kuchyň, bylo čisto. Jen hlučná ulice. V blízkosti večerka a kousek OC Anděl.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. The landlady was absolutely lovely, very helpful and well organized. Before my arrival, she provided me with detailed information about the apartment, how to get there, and everything I needed to know for my stay. She was also very helpful in providing additional information about parking options, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was great – clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything needed for both a short or longer stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, public transport and other services within just a few minutes’ walk. Everything was exactly as described and I felt very comfortable there throughout my stay. I would definitely choose this apartment again and I can warmly recommend both the apartment and the landlady to other guests.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment during my 10 weeks international engineering internship in Budapest. The apartment is very spacious and was in good overall condition, and its location is excellent, in a very pleasant, quiet and secure area close to Hősök tere and Városliget. I also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Szonja throughout my stay. She was very responsive, helpful and kind whenever I had a question or an issue. I finished my stay with some regret, as I genuinely enjoyed living here. I will keep very good memories of my summer in Budapest in 2026, both from my internship and from my life in this apartment. Durante os 5 dias que eu, esposa e meu filho de 1 anos estivemos lá, fomos bem recebidos, aconteceu alguns contratempos, a casa é um pouco quente, e os mosquitos a noite aparecem do nada, mas a Dona Ana esteve sempre ao dispor de ajudar-nos imediatamente, local ideal para quem quer passar apenas uns diazinhos, foi também disponibilizado um berço para o bebé e uma cadeira de baloiço de bebé, no qual o meu filho adoro, muito obrigado dona Ana 🙏🏼

Nagyon szép lakás, kiváló helyen. A belváros pár perces sétával megközelíthető. A tulajdonos segítőkész és gyorsan válaszol az üzenetekre. A lakáshoz csak egy kulcs jár, így kicsit problémás lehet több emberrel koordinálni, de megoldható.

The communication with Anita was easy, and the apartment was in a nice and convenient part of the city.

Perfeckte Basis für einen Aufenthalt auf Madeira! Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Funchal! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: absolut zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Supermärkte bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Vermieterin: Sie war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an direkt willkommen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft jedem für einen Trip nach Madeira wärmstens empfehlen!

Accommodation and host are very nice, convenient and beautiful location by a large park. Beware if you are sensitive to noise: noisy construction work is ongoing behind the building by the water if you plan to stay in the back room, and 24h traffic noise is considerable if you plan to stay in the front room.

I loved this apartment from the first moment and throughout the whole 2.5 weeks of my stay. It is very cosy and very clean. It has really everything one needs and it is clear that every detail was though of before hand. The location is perfect - 5 min walk to metro and trams and lots of places for shopping/eating etc. within 5 min walk and less. Communication with Tereza was easy and friendly. I really cannot think of any downside. A perfect place to which I'd love to return.

I have had the most wonderful experience living with Margarida. She is so thoughtful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is in a great location. She is a great host and even upgraded the wifi during my stay. The room is very spacious and well furnished and has a large fan for the hotter summer months. I would recommend this apartment to female solo travelers that need a safe, welcoming place to stay! I only wish I could’ve stayed longer!

My stay at Katka’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment is even more beautiful and perfect than it looks in the photos; it is well-maintained and cared for, making you feel right at home. It is also ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood, with shops and public transport close by. Communication with Katka prior to our arrival was excellent; it was seamless, and she kindly answered any questions we had. This level of communication continued throughout the days leading up to our arrival and afterwards. I can certainly say that Katka is a fantastic host—someone you can fully trust, and who ensures you feel well-cared-for and comfortable.

Pure paradise! Despite its name "casinha" (little house), it's equipped with everything needed, smartly arranged and we didn't find it small at all. The garden and hills around the house are so beautiful I will never foget them ❤️. Vitor is a magnificent, kind person and we'd like to thank you again for your hospitality! We can't wait to come back already (if possible) 😉 !
