Great experience with this platform. Everything - communication, appraisal, payment, and signing the contract was done through the website, which kept the whole process transparent and secure. Handling it all in one place eliminates the risk of scams and makes for a genuinely safe transaction. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied! There are lots of apartments to choose from, and the biggest plus for me is the no-deposit policy, which makes everything so much easier. I will definitely use Flatio again!

Již jsem to jednou zmiňoval, nebyl jsem spokojený s odpovědí na mou otázku, neboť mi nebylo jasno, jak počítáte jeden měsíc. A protože jsem v objednávce udělal chybu a uvedl méně dní, správně ale jak mi bylo řečeno později pronajímatelkou platí kupř.od 20tého do 20tého příštího měsíce. Proto jsem se ozval panu Jiřímu s dotazem, jak vzniklou situaci řešit? Dostalo se mi odpovědi, buď žádost o bydlení úplně zrušit, a začít se správným počtem dní. Nebo uzavřít smlouvu a požádat o dodatek k ní, resp. prodloužení na celý měsíc. Tato odpověď má však jednu chybu, a to, že jsem nebyl upozorněn na fakt, že druhá varianta je zpoplatněnalá. Tak jsem nakonec zaplatil za zbývající dva dny skoro 2000 Czk, tedy dny které jsem už jednou jako měsíc zaplatil.

I appreciated the security of having a proper contract and the support from the Flatio team. When an overlapping booking issue occurred, they responded promptly, helped coordinate the situation, and made sure it was resolved fairly. That gave me confidence in using the platform. One area for improvement would be preventing overlapping bookings from happening in the first place, as relocating during a stay is inconvenient, even when compensation is provided. Overall, though, I had a positive experience and used Flatio again.

Službu Flatio jsem využila poprvé a jsem spokojená, vše probíhalo bez problémů, veškeré informace o ubytování odpovídaly skutečnosti. Ocenila jsem, že je veškeré jednání online, včetně podpisu smlouvy a zároveň jsem měla lepší pocit, že je vše “bezpečnější”.

Ive enjoyed flatio now and stayed at 4 places longer term. I would love some kind of rewards card for being a long time member and customer.

I luckily didn't run into any major issues or disputes during my stay, so I didn't need to use any of those services. It was nice to be able to find an affordable and convenient place to stay for 2 months while having some safety against potential scammers, and I was only initially hesitant due to lack of reviews. The messaging system is a bit inconvenient to use compared to WhatsApp or other external platforms, and my communication with my host often veered away from the flatio messaging even before I booked. I was a little confused that I needed to perform the deep cleaning of the apartment before check-out, since I only got notified of this a few days prior. Perhaps I missed something, but it would be nice to have this presented at move-in so it can be discussed with the host. Some nice-to-haves: - some mechanism to show more results if their minimum/maximum stay durations are close. e.g. if I make a booking for 59 days, perhaps show that if I made the booking 60 days then these other options become available. I know that the flexible dates feature is already implemented, but this would be nice to have even if that is disabled. - back button on this form

Had no problems and the oveall experience was comparable to Airbnb only cheaper.
