Vesměs pozitivní zkušenost. Uvítala bych přehled o statistice zájmu na mou nemovitost přímo v náhledu majitele nemovitosti (tj. kolik zájemců se na mou nemovitost v daný den koukalo a např. kolik z nich si nakonec vybralo jinou Flatio nabídku.

It pleased me the proactive assistance when you provided suggestions of alternative flats after the rejection of my booking requests. Actually the flat where I stayed was the result of one of these suggestions from the Flatio team, and we were pretty satisfied with the result.

Overall Flatio is still a good alternative to Airbnb. It has some nice options that are not visible elsewhere. But Flatio needs to ensure that owners actually use the platform for communications with renters. I had an unfortunate experience this time with the check-in and check-out, because the flat manager/owner/staff did not send messages to me on Flatio. This reduces the ability to have a record of any issues/problems, and could lead to more conflict than necessary. So please make sure owners/managers of properties listed on Flatio use the website for the primary communications. There should also be a better way to log/communicate problem areas on the website, just so that Flatio has a record of these issues as well.

I would recommend it. I think the hours are a bit short and need to be on the weekends as well for emergencies. I like that even though I disliked my flat, I was able to end the lease and move out without incurring additional cost.

Oceňuji Flatiovu profesionální přístup. Komunikace s Flatio a hosté je díky své dobře vyvinuté aplikaci velmi snadná. Otázky týkající se fakturace a dalších aspektů hostingu jsou zodpovězeny rychle. Vzhledem k komplikovanému právnímu prostředí v České republice souvisejícím s pronájmem nemovitostí bych ocěnil věčí podpory k tomuto tématu. Např. mám povinnost nahlásit cizinci, který u mně bydlí? Je potřeba si opatřit živnostenský list pro ubytovací službu? Je pronájem bytu přes Flatio vždy jen pronájem i když host se ubytuje jen 2 týdny? Atd...
