Pokud by ve Flatio pochopili, že s občany České republiky, kteří s českou firmou se sídlem v České republice uzavřeli smlouvu v Českém jazace je potřeba komunikovat v Českém jazyce, potom bych to doporučil každému.
Se službou jsem spokojen, ale představa, že všechno zvládne automat je mylná, anebo přinejmenším zdlouhavá a nekomfortní. Nekonečné čekání na osobní kontakt, v případě jakéhokoliv problému, nemluvě o nabídce komunikace v cizí řeči, vede ke značným komplikacím a nedorozuměním.

špatný model, který neumožňuje prohlídku bytu, takže všechen risk nese platící zákazník, a to ještě platící zákazník musí vyplňovat informace o sobě zatímco pronajímatel o sobe nic nevyplnl, např. kde pracuje a pro koho, na jaké pozici, jaké má pronajímatel důvody to pronajímat, jestli se tam vůbec dá bydlet nebo je to někde na hlavní, zarušené tramvajemi a velkým provozem, a ani nevyplnil proč to pronajímá zrovna přes flatio a ne přes standardní inzerát. Je to velmi rizikové pro kupujícího a není tam vůbec možnost rizikům předejít, např. možnost přijít se podívat na ten byt než se to závazně objedná. Také tam není možnost ani zavolat a zeptat se na imise (hluk, prach, pyly, atp.), takže je to celé postavené na hlavu. Začínám i pochybovat, že vůbec ubytování přes flatio dopadne. Podezírám už dopředu podvodníky pronajímatele, dávající tam jen byty kde se nedá bydlet kvůli imisím hluku, prachu, nebo těkavých látek a je to kupování zajíce v pytli.

My first time I do t have an opinion yet. But your site does not give a map of location or options in filter for parking. I want to search dates in many places to see what's actually available as each time I see 1 by 1 they are not avsable on my dates. So a better search filter and maps of the area would be nice. It was good to inform us about upcoming duties. But you should better communicate this with the landlord since they were not coinciding with the landlord's wishes. That causes a lot of confusion. The landlord was much better organised than you assumed.
I was (and am usually) very annoyed by these platforms trying to prevent direct communication between tenant and landlord. It indicates that the platform is less interested in providing good service than with earning money.
The contract had to be changed in order to comply with changed arrival dates. Ultimately, I had to solve this directly with the landlord. That was a matter of seconds. But this does not shine a good light on the platform.
In general, I do not see the need for such platforms. For getting more customers, more well known platforms like bookings might be much more useful.

I would love to have to option to send 1-2 reservation requests without being obliged by all of them. Then, i would also have no issue with paying a service fee to flatio.
But like this, I always have to wait if i have a room before trying to get another. That way, it takes so much time to find a good place to stay.
