I rented a Botica studio for just over 2 months. The studio was bright, clean and spacious as was the entire building. Very well kept. Asides from the kitchenette in my studio there was also a full kitchen available if one wished to use and laundry facilities were also available. As for the location it was perfect. Right in the center of Espinho, food market, train and beach less than 5 mins walk.
Elisabete, the owner, was wonderful. Went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
I would totally recommend Botica Guesthouse.

The apartment is very cute and it is to the way it's advertised. It has the necessities for a longer stay. We rented it for 35 days. It even had a space us to be able to work. Joana was very attentive and pleasant. The church across the apartment would ring the church bells every hour (not throughout the night) and the Saturday market was always enjoyable to get our fresh fruit, veggies and of course the bread . There's a bakery around the corner which enjoyed walking to. We would definitely stay here again.

I am very pleased with this house! It is maximally prepared for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal (the very center of Pacos de Brandao, 15 minutes by car to the ocean, 3 minutes to a large hypermarket). The house is very pleasant in the heat (you don't have to use air conditioning). Communication with Joana was easy and pleasant!

Mr Armando is a wonderful Host, always available to help and support our stay.
The apartment has all amenities and a breathe taking view to the ocean making the experience simply amazing.
Besides this, it’s also close by (walking distance) on trekking and bike trails for those we enjoy a sporty life – so if you are thinking about being close to Porto and love a quite, calm relax place – this is the place to go.

El dormitorio era tal cual como se mostraba en las fotos. Y es mas amplio de lo que pensé. Cama cómoda, escritorio para trabajar, closet amplio y espacio suficiente para las cosas de mi gatita. Uso libre de lavanderia, cocina y baño privado. Todo impecable.
Andrea es una anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Agradezco mucho que me haya recibido con mi gatita y que también haya permitido que mi gatita salga a caminar por el departamento.
Estoy muy feliz de haber elegido este lugar para comenzar mi aventura en Portugal.

Isabel and Joaquim are wonderful hosts! My travel plans changed a lot, but they were very understanding and very helpful. It wasn't obvious from the ad, but the apartment has an ocean view! Arcozelo is a very cozy area, 15 minutes walk there is pingo doce. And the beach is the best!

This is a great house in a very nice place) The location is just excellent! The house has been recently renovated, there were not big flaws but they are minor. Garage for the car right inside the house, it's very convenient. There is everything you need within walking distance. We lived in January and it was sometimes cool, but the owner of the apartment installed additional heaters. Great owner, always ready to help! Thank you!
