Horrible service. I’ve received no support from Flatio on the number of issues I’ve faced. I have dealt with aggressive communication from the landlord and no partial refund to reflect my experience. I am still waiting a response from Flatio after 4 days. Never again!!

I'm not sure what I was actually getting from Flatio. For the amount of service fees I paid, I thought I would actually receive a service, but any time there was an issue I was instructed to talk to the landlord. When the accomodation I was staying in didn't work out as expected and I terminated the contract, the difference in the service fees was not refunded. I wouldn't use this service again.

check for legality of the apartment prior to renting to paying customers.
Live up to some level of professional accountability when your paying customers have a bad and illegal experience with a landlord.
Hire an attorney in the countries you do business in, to ensure a proper (and legal) lease agreement.

I'm waiting for an answer to my last email regarding the situation in the flat I rented as the landlady didn't take responsibility.
I would like to know what is your position about that and how you intend to proceed.
I wrote to Flatio immediately as I realised the nature of the problem I encountered, the response was fast but the support and compensation I received is not adequate. I understand that this situation might be difficult to assess but you allowed me to rent a place that wasn't safe to live in.
I received an answer to my email and Flatio position is that you will not doing anything about it.
And the next person who will rent the flat I stayed in will have the same problem I encountered as the landlady denied that there's a problem in the flat.

The website is confusing and the UI is terrible. Finding any sort of mundane information, such as the address of a flat, is impossible. I had to resort to messaging the landlord for basically everything. I also had the feeling the service is geared towards long term letting agreements rather than short stays. I don't think I'll be using this again. At least there are some good prices, but overall a bad website experience.

Faltio NEVER looks after the tennent. Trust us, we found out the hard way. We were evicted by landlord 6 days into a 12 month contract with no support at all by Flatio. Any doubts? We kept all the documentation. A horrible first time and last.

We are digital nomads and constantly looking for mid terms rentals, which is a great match with the services you offer. However following the issue described in our comment, we had to follow up several times and beg for a small compensation following 6 weeks of back and forth with the owner due to the bad internet connection during our rental. The solution you offered us at that time was to get out of the flat... Not really the customer experience we were expecting.. As a first experience, we would not recommend your services within the Digital Nomads community.
