Easy to navigate and easy to do the payments. It would be great if you add Amex express cards.

Flatio has been outstanding — professional, responsive, and truly guest-focused. The platform made finding housing easy and transparent, and their support team was quick to assist when problems arose. My experience with the host was disappointing, but Flatio handled the situation with care and professionalism. I would absolutely use Flatio again and highly recommend their service to other travelers.

Hay 3 cosas que me gustan menos de Flatio. 1. No haya un teléfono para solucionar temas rápido ya que por e mail, suelen tardar dos días en contestar. 2. Que los gastos de los suministros deban estar incluidos porque dicho por los inquilinos, si están incluidos no son tan considerados ni respetuosos con el malgasto deban energía. Por otra parte, si añadimos, como previsión, la cifra máxima que puede gastar cada inquilino, el precio del alquiler resultaría elevado. 3. No estoy de acuerdo que los fianzas hayan sido canceladas en España porque el director haya llegado a un acuerdo con Axa, porque por mi experiencia, lo que los inquilinos perjudican, casi nunca entra en la póliza de la compañía aseguradora así que me siento desprotegida. Mi forma de protegerme es volviendo a subir más el precio. Todas estas subidas como protección, perjudican porque el precio del alquiler es mucho más caro que lo tuve en un principio.

Sin duda lo recomendaría, todo ha sido cómodo y transparente.

Me encantó la plataforma Flatio, hay buenos precios y departamentos muy bonitos. Muy recomendado para buscar algo por algunos meses!

How would you rate our services? Overall, I’d rate Flatio’s service positively. The booking process was smooth, the platform was easy to use, and support was available when I needed it. While there were some issues with the apartment itself, I felt that Flatio took my concerns seriously and made a genuine effort to follow up with the host. What pleased you the most? What stood out most was the responsiveness of the support team. When the landlord was slow to act or communicate regarding a repair, Flatio stepped in and did their best to move things forward. I appreciated having someone to turn to who acknowledged the situation and kept me updated. Is there anything we could do better? One area for improvement would be ensuring that hosts meet a consistent standard of cleanliness and readiness before check-in. In my case, the apartment wasn’t as clean or well-prepared as it should have been, and it wasn’t clear what recourse I had. Also, while Flatio charges a fairly significant service fee, it’s not always clear how that translates into ensuring the property is in a fit state to stay in. Greater transparency around what that fee covers — and stronger quality checks before move-in — would help justify the cost and improve trust.

Estoy contenta con prácticamente todo. Sólo mejoraría la rapidez con que los propietarios reciben su primer alquiler. .

convenience and user firendly

Acabo de empezar a usar Flatio y en general estoy contenta. El único problema hasta el momento ha sido que el primer contacto de un inquilino que tuve quiso extorsionarme y robarme mandándome un enlace desde dentro de la plataforma de Flatio para que le pagara a partir de 500 dólares australianos creo recordar. Acudí a la Policía pero me dijeron que como me había dado cuenta del intento de robo a tiempo, no había ocurrido ningún delito, sólo un intento porque el delicuente debía ser muy joven e inocente

It’s in english and it “seems” to accommodate the nomad and covers the city but I’ve yet to validate this assumption. This is solely on the basis of being attracted to its promises.
