I absolutely love the place. A basement studio with a separate bathroom. It has been recently renovated and it includes a washer dryer combo. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. The landlord was extremely easy to deal with, always contactable. I didn't have any issues with the apartment The location is ideal for access to the airport and the rest of Prague. I worked at the airport at odd hours and it was always easy to find a ride to and from there. It was a 5 minute walk to the 191 bus or to catch the 59 bus to the airport or the 20 or 26 tram to the city. Tram 20 was great for trips to Prague castle or Andel. I would highly recommend even if you want to explore Prague as the transit connections are superb. There is a small grocery/convenience store up the street and several great restaurant/dining options nearby.

Bruna was excellent to deal with and took great care of us, she made sure check in was a breeze and even checked to see if we needed anything else during our stay. The flat was exactly as described, being small but quaint, well equipped with everything we needed and right in the middle of Alfama's touristy section with everything just steps away. We literally walked everywhere and had a wonderful time.

This holiday home exceeded our expectations in everything. Luís and his mom were hospitable and helpful with our every question or request. We stayed in a small cozy modern cottage in the middle of the grape plantation on a picturesque hill near Sao Vicente. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and additionally, we were able to use a grill at the entrance to the cottage right next to a small outdoor dining area. The terrace on the second floor was our favorite spot to have a meal with the best outlook over the plantation and the hill. It's a nice location for those who like hiking as many trails are around this part of Madeira. It was nicely fresh at night as the clouds would come down the hill giving very light refreshing drizzle and yet very sunny and warm at daytime even though the end of September is not quite summer. We loved everything about our Madeira home and we are hopeful to be back to this beautiful countryside in the middle of the island. Thank you Luís for making our vacation exceptional!

Apartment is nice, but it needs more attention on details such as: general cleaning, lights and sinks.

The flat is very comfortable. The area is well supplied with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc.. In addition, it is only a few minutes' walk to the metro or tram station.

The apartment is located in a central area of Budapest, with an elegant room. Suitable for families, for the many beds, and also for traveling for work. Good wifi connection.

It was a pleasure to communicate with owners. They were very supportive and eager to help in any situation even with situations that were not about renting their apartment. We very reccomend staying at their place.

One of the best landlords I have ever had.

Definitely a great place with a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of grocery stores, good public transportation, and an excellent balance between proximity to the city center, parks, the ocean, and beaches. Teresa was very friendly and always willing to assist, making communication with her genuinely pleasant. I did experience a few minor internet issues, but the owner was always eager to help.

The accommodation was perfectly sized for one person and ideal for the summer months, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night. Zuzana was responsive and pleasant to communicate with, which made the renting process easy and straightforward.

Apartment looks exactly as on pictures, well equipped kitchen. Contact with the host is excellent and no problem goes unsolved.

My husband and I stayed in Stephane’s apartment last month, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Veronika was a great host, she was very responsive, and accommodated my request form having two sets of keys since my fiance was staying with me for a month. The apartment is in an excellent location, within a 30 second walk to the Tram station where you can get anywhere from there. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. Thank you!

apartment was clean, safe, well located and had everything available for a month stay. Owner was excellent and arranged to help pick me up from airport (late flight/lost luggage) and was friendly and responsive to any questions. Would not hesitate to stay there again

If something needed doing, Hana was on it that day or the next day. I asked for a fan (ventilator). I had a brand new one the next day. The vacuum cleaner broke. The next there was a new one on the doorstep. Excellent response time and action

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains in every direction, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere—perfect for getting a good rest after exploring the island, hiking the levadas, or swimming in natural pools. Luis was an excellent host, providing everything we needed, including an extra mattress for added comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. If I return to Madeira, If I return to Madeira, I’d choose to stay here again without a doubt.
