We rented the entire two bedroom apartment. Katherine was helpful and upfront about everything. The location is excellent, being adjacent to the old Alfama and on a tram line. The grocery store is only a 15 minute walk, and it has anything you need. A restaurant is on the bottom floor, and you can hear the pleasant sounds of an accoustic guitar in the evening if you open the windows. Everything works correctly, though there were some issues with wifi, but I had a 5G card in my phone, so I used that. You get to hear the sounds of the city, along with all of the other residents. This means that around 6am the trams start moving down the tracks and might wake you up, but it is one of those city sounds that is a real memory. Getting an uber is super easy, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Katherine is a great communicator and her English is excellent. The building is old, but this is what it means to live in the old part of the city. But there are no insects/bugs in it like many other old buildings, and it is kept clean. The appliances are not new, the furniture is not new, but we found it to be very serviceable and quaint and would return with no hesitation.

V bytě jsme strávili měsíc a měli jsme v něm veškerý komfort. V případě potřeby s námi pronajímatelé aktivně komunikovali. Ocenili jsme flexibilní check-in a check-out. Celkově jsme velmi spokojení.

Staying at the apartment was overall a delightful experience, facilitated by our warm and responsive host, Jane. She promptly answered our questions and ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessities, offering a comfortable living experience in the heart of the vibrant city. However, a minor drawback was the presence of mosquitoes, a common nuisance in the area. While it didn't significantly mar our overall experience, prospective visitors might want to come prepared with repellents. Despite this, the hospitality, comfort, and location made our stay at the apartment enjoyable, and we would consider returning, armed with mosquito repellent next time ))

The flat is in a quiet area , excellent location for public transportation , parcs and grocery store within minutes. The apartment is bright , clean and very well equipped . The landlord Pavla is kind ,always available and very helpful . I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed my stay !

Very friendly Landloard and easy to deal with. About 100 meters from the sand, so very good location. Many restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. The apartment is old and rundown and in need of renovation. And it was not really clean and needed a deep cleaning.

Beautiful house and cozy room.

We had a really good experience at Andrea's flat. We spent three months working from home. The flat is really nice, just like on the pictures. There's lot of light and the neighborhood is quite amazing and well communicated. Andrea was really helpful when we needed. Thank you so much for everything. I recommend it 100%

Knuth was an amazing host

Všechno v nejlepším pořádku. Majitelka bytu je strašně příjemná paní , na vše se s ní domluvíte. S ubytováním jsem byla velice spokojená. Byt se nachází na zajímavém místě. V okolí je krásný park, na který je výhled s balkonu.

We stayed in unit 6D on the top floor for three months. About the unit: It is beautifully designed and has everything you will need, down to the silverware. Lots of smart storage spaces, baskets for organizing, etc. Great hot water and water pressure. Between the AC unit and opening skylights, it's easy to keep a comfortable temperature. Free washers and dryers on the same floor shared with other tenants. About the location: It's in Nusle, about a ten-minute walk to a midsized Lidl or a ten minute tram (6) to Tesco Extra, a grocery superstore. Two large malls (Eden and Pankrac) in ten min on tram. Two big tram stops within a block. Nusle is not the shiniest neighborhood in Prague. We never felt unsafe, but there is litter, usually a few days drinkers hanging around in the square, and now and then a homeless person. Nothing worse than any American city. It's not super nice like Vinohrady, but you're not paying Vinohrady prices. Kafe Nuzky Papir downstairs is great, but only open after 11am Monday to Thursday. Typika cafe is fancier with Seattle third wave coffee about three blocks away. Vietnam Food restaurant is a few blocks and really good. Pizza West has a huge menu, but avoid grease pits Meat Bros and Mad Runner. About the Landlord: Petra is great. Very responsive and kind. Zero problems with her.

Clean an quiet place, looks exactly like in pictures, no catches. Kind and communicative landlord. Would stay here again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised: pleasant, very clean, with all the basics you need. Everything worked well. It is situated in a quiet area alhoughh underground station is 5-minute walk away. The landlord Miroslav is a real gem, super helpful and quick with responding. I do recommend this landlord and this apartment. Naprosta spokojenost. Čisté a dobře vybavené bydlení v blízkosti centra Prahy. Majitel velmi organizačně schopný a vstřícný. Doporučuji.

Everything was fine, the owner was available and helpful even though she does not live in Prague, all was good without any problems. The flat is as on the photos. The only disadvantage of the apartment is that it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, otherwise everything was perfect and as expected.

Such a fantastic stay for my one month trip to Lisbon. I worked from Lisbon, mostly from the flat, during my stay. Internet was great - even from the balcony! Rui is incredibly communicative and on top of things. The neighborhood is quiet and more residential, which was perfect for what I was looking for. There are some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The views from the balcony are 10/10. If you're looking to stay in Lisbon, look no further!
