Balinth is a nice guy always available and helpful.
The house itself is fairly stocked with everything you could need for a long stay.
Amazing internet connection. A must for remote workers like me.
Our room was nice and comfortable, maybe just a little dusty for our general standards but nothing to care about after some cleaning.
I would definitely come back

Very bright and large flat. Furniture and appliances were in excellent condition. The flat is located in the centre of Valencia and the landlord was always in touch and helpful. Very nice gifts upon check in (household small things for comfort).

I just spent the most amazing 6 weeks at Arthur’s flat in Vienna! Flat is exactly as pictured; close to train station; great WiFi; with easy access to anything you want to do in Vienna or surrounding areas.

Landlord was super responsive; even when I asked if he had a 2nd monitor for my work, he quickly obliged!

I did everything I could to move my flight as I didn’t want to leave! I hate to post this because I want to keep this place my little secret, but if you are heading to Vienna you can’t go wrong renting this flat.
