The apartment is cozy, very well equipped, with a lovely garden view. The apartment is on the ground floor, and the window are big and allow lots of light in. The apartment was a bit further from tram or metro station which was a good excuse to use the electric scooter. Quiet and very clean, easy to maintain place. The o net was very helpful anytime I had a question.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. 15–20 Minuten mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr von den Bahnhöfen entfernt, ein Taxi ist sogar noch schneller. Supermärkte Penny, Lidl, Billa sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist innen sehr sauber und die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und funktional gestaltet, es gibt genügend Platz für alles. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, Geschirr, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Haartrockner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Zwei bequeme Schlafplätze, jeweils für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Große Terrasse. Die Wohnung wurde von uns dreien gemietet. Der Besitzer der Wohnung, Pavel, ist ein ruhiger und unkomplizierter Mensch. Höflich und freundlich, mit ihm kann man immer einen Kompromiss finden. Wir haben die drei Wochen in Prag sehr genossen, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The landlord is really kind and always ready to help. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he helped quickly, so living in his place was truly enjoyable. He also provided me with a guide with important information about the property and nearby amenities. The apartment was really comfortable and cozy. It had everything I needed, which made me feel at home. The landlord took good care of the apartment, as everything was in good condition. The apartment has a good location, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, I felt the landlord was there to help, was professional and showed understanding. I highly recommend this landlord for anyone looking for a trustworthy landlord and a homelike place to stay in Budapest!

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely wonderful in every way! The house is cute, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful front garden. Pots, pans, plates, and other cooking necessities were provided. Ines was a lovely host, happy to help with any house-related issues, and gave excellent recomendations for where to find food and entertainment in Lagoa.

Bruno is both professional, personable and easy to relate to! The place is meticulous, Load morning sunshine at the balcony, essentials as displayed in the bedroom plus own bathroom. Eating is also easy at his chic open kitchen. He is responsive to needs - he occasionally work at home which makes him easy to reach. Definitely recommend for longer term stay in Gaia.

Very friendly owner. The apartment was very clean. There is everything necessary for long-term living. Cozy and suitable for a comfortable stay of two people. A gorgeous view of the Danube River from the window. Convenient location, nearby is the subway, the famous city bazaar. We recommend these apartments. No significant negatives were found during 3 months of stay.

The flat was everything we searched for as a couple of French students here in Erasmus. It is extremely well situated, within 5mn away from transports and supermarkets, 15mn away from BME, in the most reputed street of Budapest. It is equiped with absolutely everything to live during several months. Clara is really helpful before and during the stay as she is not far away. She explains everything, even how flatio works. We stayed in the flat during 5 months and were very happy in it. Recommend it 100%, it is hard to find better.

Apartment is in a great location. Nice park, restaurants and grocery right outside the door. Just a short walk from most of the major tourist attractions. Common areas of the apartment were well maintained. Wi-Fi worked great- no issues at all. I was even able to connect outside at the park. This made working remotely very easy. Apartment was overall as advertised. Adequate furnishings and kitchen items. Air conditioning worked well. We had linens and basic cleaning items as well. Only a few minor complaints. Lots of wear and tear was visible in the apartment - cracks in paint, stains on the floor, etc. We had two situations when we blew a fuse and had to switch it on. One occasion there were sparks from an outlet. We also had some difficulty connecting with the landlord to get a replacement key. We got it but it took longer than we expected (nearly a week). One other note- we had difficulty finding the apartment initially. Our cab dropped us at the wrong location. We tried to call the landlord but they said we were in the right spot. It wasn’t until I contacted the individual who was meeting us that I learned we were in the wrong spot. I should have provided a cross street to the cab driver.

Una muy buena casa, cada vez que hay un problema con algo el propietario lo arregla lo antes posible. Lo único malo es que la cocina tiene demasiada suciedad acumulada y no se limpia bien.

Istvan is a wonderful person. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. After the first week of accommodation, I asked how comfortable our accommodation was. The apartment has everything: a kettle, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, all cutlery, dishes, a washing machine, air conditioning, a large refrigerator and so on. Good location, quiet area, there is an exit to the terrace from the apartment. The apartment is really prepared for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we rented a parking space in an underground parking lot. We stayed in the apartment for 2 months. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable for one person. Fully furnished and functional for both the colder and the warmer months!
