Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé. L'hôte a été joignable pour toutes questions et il a même eu la gentillesse de me prêter un vélo.

Aliz is a fantastic host, she is very responsive when it comes to messages and booking requests. She is a very friendly person who even gave us great recommendations during our stay, whether for bars, cafés, or unique places to visit. I 100% recommend her as a host on Flatio. It’s hard to imagine better service. In addition, the apartment was extremely clean from the start. It is large and spacious, making it perfect for a mid- to long-term stay. I also highly recommend the apartment itself. Another big plus: the apartment is located right in front of a tram and bus stop, making it easy to travel anywhere in Budapest. So the location is excellent as well. I would like to thank Aliz for this rental, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again if I return to Budapest in the future.

The apartment is well kept and conveniently located in a very nice area. The management company was terrible to deal with from the beginning, they changed my original lease twice and wanted to raise the price after signing the second lease. After a painstaking process with flatio support I finalized my booking with the alternative provided (not my preference but all that was available after they waited weeks after signing the lease to begin playing games) at the original prove agreed on, and then the management company said it wasn’t available for the dates I needed. The number listed on the pamphlet of rules is to a woman who is no longer the manager. Any question I did have was treated like I was a nuisance and not a guest. Checkout was terrible and made me late leaving for my return flight. I would consider options and whether one has the mental bandwidth to deal with the back and forth stress that will ensue with this company. Signing a lease means nothing to them, they will bait and switch and try to raise prices.

I stayed in this apartment for 2 months and had a really good experience. The best thing about the apartment was how green it felt. There were a lot of plants inside, which made the place feel alive, cozy, and welcoming. It was also really spacious, so after a short time it genuinely felt like home. The apartment was spotless clean when I arrived. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was nice as well. The shower was spacious, bright, and pleasant to use. Wi-Fi was alright too — the speed was more or less the same as advertised, and it covered the whole apartment without issues. The location was good: near the center, with shops nearby, plus a great view of the city. There was always a free parking spot, which was a big advantage. The hosts were really nice, with no issues whatsoever. The neighbors were pleasant as well. It was mostly quiet — sometimes you could hear neighbors, but overall it was peaceful and comfortable. The only small downsides were that one room didn’t have heating, but the hosts provided an electric heater that actually helped a lot. Some of the bathroom lights didn’t work either, and they said they would fix the issue. Overall, for the price, this place was really worth it. You get a spacious, comfortable apartment in a good location with great hosts, so I’d definitely stay there again if I need to go to Krumlov. In my opinion, it’s a good place for everybody.

Very nice spacious apartment in Madrid old city centre. Close to all amenities, events, parks, walking/bicycling trails. Easy communication with the owner. Very good instructions provided for arrival and departure. While located in main tourist area, the apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommended. Gilles
