The apartment is super nice with a really good bathroom and kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely and really close to Vysehrad where you have a perfect view over Prague and you can see all the way to Prague Castle. It is a quiet area but still really close to the center of Prague. Both metro and tram are close. Alena is always ready to answer and overall she is a really good host. This apartment is perfect if you want to stay experience living in Prague.

The accomodation was although smaller than in the pictures a good accomodation. A few things weren’t working like the heater (you can’t turn it off) the shower drain (it clogged very easily), the bed was broken and there were a lot of spiders (even in the winter). But I must say I had a nice stay. The landlord was very kind, and helpful. UNTIL the end, because my landlord lied to me and misinformed me to get more money. It’s partially my responsibility to check the information she gave me but I trusted her because of her kindness in the beginning. So in conclusion, would only recommend for a shorter stay.

David is super nice and helpful. Can't really imagine a better landlord. The flat is very pretty and welcoming. I shared it with two flatmates (I slept in the living room, they shared the bedroom) and we loved it. The lack of door between the kitchen and the living room was absolutely not a problem for me, especially that nobody had to pass through the living room to get to the kitchen. There are all the necessary amenities, as well as some extra ones like a toaster or a coffee machine (with a filter, for batch brewing). It is really a perfect home in a perfect location.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The room was clean and everything was great. The location is really great , close to tram stop as well as metro station.
I recommend this to everyone and I would totally book this place again.

Veronika is a great host and responsive. I was welcomed at the flat with the keys when I arrived, the flat was clean and appropriately furnished.
Pros - great location, being right opposite the tram stop and minutes away from Lidl and Albert supermarkets. Fully and nicely furnished.
Cons - compact bathroom (did not expect this), slightly pricey for the space and key to front door of building gets stuck occasionally. Have to enter through back door so it's manageable.

Skvělé bydlení v pěkné a atraktivní části Karlína. V okolí množství restaurací, hospod a kaváren, ale přesto velmi klidné místo (výhled do vnitrobloku). Malý útulný byt se vším co potřebujete a pouze 5 min. na metro.

Nela was superhost she was really friendly and helpful , also she provided everything anyone needs in the flat . The location of the flat is really good as well it’s 2 mins walking to the metro and tram and 5 mins with the metro to the center.

I was in the apartment for 4 months, it is really cute and cozy! And in a perfect location. Elizabeth is very nice and very approachable. I really liked the location, the huge bed and the cool bathroom. The only things to consider is that it doesn't have a loundry (but there is one inside the market) and that it gets a bit noisy sometimes. Overall, it was a really nice experience, and it's perfect for short to medium stay!! :)

Incredibly kind people who took care of everything, including sending the gas and electricity meter readings for me, during my 5 month stay. Extremely quick to respond and overall pleasant to deal with.
The apartment was cozy and clean, however there was quite a bit of construction noise coming through, due to the building having some work done by the neighbors. Although, for the extremely reasonable price and the apartment being filled with every possible appliance that you could need in a home, it was a relatively minor inconvenience. Biggest positives for me were the available shut-off blinds and a good climate control system.
Definitely would recommend for short and long stays.

Čistý a voňavý byt. Dostatečně vybavený pro krátko-/střednědobé fungování. Moc příjemní majitelé, vždy k dispozici a ochotní pomoct. Zdarma a bez problémů nám byla zapůjčena dětská postýlka.

The landlady was very attentive and very nice. We were a couple and would definitely book it again.

Very nice studio and perfect for one person, good storage space and everything you need is there. Close to public transportation (Pankrac is a short walk away). Nice view over Prague from the studio. Very nice and helpful owner of the studio. The area is very calm and residential. I would recomend this studio to anyone looking for a calm living but still close to everything you need.
