The location is perfect as it is close to practically everything, the neighbourhood is also very quiet. The kitchen is fantastic: it has a kettle, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and even a rice cooker.
The studio itself is very well-furnished: you will find everything you need, even a printer.
The washing machine is new and very spacious.
Maybe the bathroom sink is a little bit small, but the shower is good.

A wonderful stay here on Green Street. Apartment is well taken care of and is on a gorgeous street All modern appliances, clean and tidy and no issues. Host welcomed us on the first day and was helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Estela fue muy amable siempre y dispuesta a ayudar. Pasé 2 meses en el apartamento y todo funcionó perfecto. Su ubicación es excelente por tener todo cerca (supermercados, cafés, metro, restaurantes, parques y la playa).

Adorei, este estúdio foi a minha casa e do meu Romeu (um salsichinha bebé) durante um mês, os espaço está super funcional e bem decorado e pensado. O senhorios foram mega simpáticos e prestáveis. Aconselho muito!

Having a separate living room with a door was extremely convenient.
The area has plenty of grocery stores nearby that stay open late. Parking right in front of the building can be tricky, but there are always free spots available nearby—either next to Continente or by the Queluz National Palace.

Nice little place with a south facing terrace. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of spare bed clothes for both beds, and air con/heating for when it gets too hot or cold.
It's in a quiet residential area but close to the bus or train stop so it's easy to get in and around the city!

The mattresses were quite firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had weak security, so as a digital nomad, I couldn't use it for work. Also, one of the stovetop burners wasn't working, and it was never fixed during my five-week stay.

The flat was incredibly clean and convenient. All we could think of was available, all the lining and towels fresh. We had an impression to be the first tenants :)
Although the inside is quite narrow, the number of rooms is convenient for a 2+2 family.
