Great house with everything a family needs. Absolutely no issues with the state of the place, the equipment etc. The only, very small, issue was that only one key for the house and the gate is shared with the tenants, which complicates things when the group of adults is spending time there. But that is nothing we couldn't deal with.

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, close to center with frequently running public transportation. The nearby homeless center disturbs the stay a bit.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Lior's apartment for 1 month while working remotely and it was a an amazing experience. Both the place and location are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and super comfortable, the design is unique and the high ceilings make the place feel spacious and bright. Lior, our host was always super friendly and attentive and made out stay even better. Highly recommend this place and I'd definitely stay here again.

Communication with the hosts was very good before and during my stay. The flat was clean and as described in the photos. It has what is needed for a stay of a few weeks. The price point is hard to beat for the Cascais area. It is outside of the main centres but it takes about 15 minutes to get to Cascais by bus and the buses are fairly reliable. Personally I would recommend it for a short stay of perhaps up to a few weeks given the location that is outside of the main centres and the fact that you are sharing a house with a family of four.

The apartment is gorgeous - very clean, spacious, and picturesque. The view from the patio and balconies are definitely my favourite. The communication with Margarida was smooth and always on time via the Flatio platform. The apartment is located to close to public transport stops, a big supermarket is just a few minutes away, and the old town streets are nearby for an evening stroll. It is just 10-15 minutes walking to the central square in Lisbon – great location overall.

Miroslav is a great landlord who takes care of everything! When I needed something even when I was sick he was there I really appreciate his endeavors. The location of the house is perfect, everything you need is very close, the only negative aspect during my stay was the humidity of the house. When you will tene the House longterm keep that in mind. But except the humidity problem i was evet satisfied

great host, great accomodation - place seems a bit far from the centre at first, but its not really that bad. the contact with the host was really pleasant, the flat very tidy and spacious, and the neighbourhood got a really chill vibe to it

I enjoyed staying at this property and am pleased to share my feedback for future tenants: Pros: - Excellent location, just 30 seconds from Alameda metro station - Lively, buzzy environment in the surrounding neighbourhood - Spacious suite/apartment with personal shower + kettle - Dedicated desk-space with 2 chairs - Extension leads and plug adapters provided - Lots of communal space, including kitchen, dining and living room - Adequate fridge and food cupboard space - Clothes airers provided - Brilliant kiosk in the square opposite, open daily, 10am - 10pm - Landlord kept tenants abreast of who is arriving/leaving, via Whatsapp group, which helped me to feel informed and safe Cons: - Bathroom only cleaned and towels replaced if you’re available or leave room unlocked, so unfortunately missed on 2 occasions (out of 32 nights) - Fresh bedding not offered post check-in (but was easy to use washing machine) - Wifi very patchy/intermittent in room; just does not extend to upstairs very well. Unfortunately, was advised that there was nothing that could be done. Super disappointing (and costly) to have to use data SIMS as an alternative for hotspot access Overall, a great place to stay with super convenient transport links. Multiple mini-supermarkets nearby. Bank and ATMs too. I would definitely stay again, subject to wifi being more stable. Thanks Joana!

Nice and comfortable apartment. It can look small but it isn't. I spent a month with my wife with absolute no problems. Biggest pro: the balcony and the distance from the metro. City center it's just 15-20min far by metro. Other public transports are available as well. Super recommended

I recently had the pleasure of renting a delightful apartment for a month, situated perfectly near charming French district. The apartment is flanked by the serene Park Estrela and Basilica, offering a daily dose of tranquility and architectural beauty. Additionally, being in close proximity to one of the city's oldest cemeteries and a lovely park adorned with peacocks and geese makes this location truly unique. The apartment itself is well-equipped and caters comfortably to a longer stay. Its amenities and setup ensure that you have mostly everything you'd need. The only slight drawback was the neighbors being a bit on the noisier side, particularly for someone like me who loves to let in the fresh air with open windows. For those who might rent this space in the future, I have a couple of local recommendations: Great Caravelas CrossFit Gym: a mere 12-minute walk from the apartment, this gym is perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Melbourne Elouera: your go-to spot for morning coffee and delightful Asai bowls. It has a cozy ambiance that sets the tone for the day. Ritalinos Restaurant: Offering impeccable service and mouth-watering dishes, this place should be on your list for a fine dining experience. All in all, this apartment offers a blend of historical charm, nature's touch, and urban convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the essence of the city!

We rented the entire two bedroom apartment. Katherine was helpful and upfront about everything. The location is excellent, being adjacent to the old Alfama and on a tram line. The grocery store is only a 15 minute walk, and it has anything you need. A restaurant is on the bottom floor, and you can hear the pleasant sounds of an accoustic guitar in the evening if you open the windows. Everything works correctly, though there were some issues with wifi, but I had a 5G card in my phone, so I used that. You get to hear the sounds of the city, along with all of the other residents. This means that around 6am the trams start moving down the tracks and might wake you up, but it is one of those city sounds that is a real memory. Getting an uber is super easy, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Katherine is a great communicator and her English is excellent. The building is old, but this is what it means to live in the old part of the city. But there are no insects/bugs in it like many other old buildings, and it is kept clean. The appliances are not new, the furniture is not new, but we found it to be very serviceable and quaint and would return with no hesitation.

Staying at the apartment was overall a delightful experience, facilitated by our warm and responsive host, Jane. She promptly answered our questions and ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessities, offering a comfortable living experience in the heart of the vibrant city. However, a minor drawback was the presence of mosquitoes, a common nuisance in the area. While it didn't significantly mar our overall experience, prospective visitors might want to come prepared with repellents. Despite this, the hospitality, comfort, and location made our stay at the apartment enjoyable, and we would consider returning, armed with mosquito repellent next time ))

The flat is in a quiet area , excellent location for public transportation , parcs and grocery store within minutes. The apartment is bright , clean and very well equipped . The landlord Pavla is kind ,always available and very helpful . I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed my stay !

Very friendly Landloard and easy to deal with. About 100 meters from the sand, so very good location. Many restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. The apartment is old and rundown and in need of renovation. And it was not really clean and needed a deep cleaning.

Beautiful house and cozy room.

We had a really good experience at Andrea's flat. We spent three months working from home. The flat is really nice, just like on the pictures. There's lot of light and the neighborhood is quite amazing and well communicated. Andrea was really helpful when we needed. Thank you so much for everything. I recommend it 100%
