The flat is located in a great neighborhood, and the neighbors are friendly. I have really enjoyed living in this area. Both Lidl and Mammut are within a short walking distance, and there are also some nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

Communication with Eszter was pleasant and smooth, with no significant issues.

The flat itself was not particularly clean when I moved in, so I did some additional cleaning to make it more comfortable for myself. In addition, there was also a faint smell of gas near the entrance.

Overall, I still felt comfortable living here and had a positive experience.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Familie ist super nett und die Wohnung war auch sehr gut. Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sie war super ausgestattet, lichtdurchflutet, gemütlich, toller Balkon und gutes WLAN. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Ofen in der Küche, aber damit kam ich trotz meines langen Aufenthalts auch sehr gut klar. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

This cozy apartment with its sunny back terrace was the perfect location for my wife and I while we visited the Lisbon area for almost a month. Conveniently located to many restaurants, convenience store (My Auchan), the ferry terminal to cross the Tagus. André was an amazing host who was very responsive to any need or question we had.

Perfect apartment for a long stay. In the beginning, there were a few issues with the apartment, but these were sorted out straight away within a week. The service itself was fantastic; you could ask for fresh towels, sheets, bed linen etc. – they made sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. If there was a major problem, you could also reach them 24/7.

No problems with the host.
The apartment is very central, within walking distance of the central area.
The place was nice and clean.
It is facing the road, so can get noisy with traffic and pedestrians, which necessitated closing the window and putting on the air conditioning unit.

Ich war wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Leider war die erste Buchung nicht möglich und ich habe dann eine Wohnung genommen , die ich von der Größe her gar nicht gebraucht hätte .

The location is excellent especially if you arrive by plane. Bus stop for airport busses 601 and 602 is right under the window.
Kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove and an electric oven. There are plenty of utensils, glasses, containers etc for cooking.
The flat is very spacious and clean.
Note that the flat is on 4th floor and there is no elevator. The windows are modern but still there is some noise from the street.
The host is very friendly and speaks good English.
