Très belle petite maison, très bien située dans un quartier tout proche de la citadelle et au calme. Un joli petit jardin agrémente le tout. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.

Skvělý apartmán pro dva. Zařízení i pro dlouhodobější užívání. Součástí apartmánu je i malá teráska se zahradou. Kuchyň je plně vybavena. Majitel myslel na vše. Je tu nejen vhodné nádobí, sporák s pečící troubou, lednice s mrazákem, ale i tyčkový mixér a kvalitní kávovar. V koupelně je i pračka. Apartmán je umístěn na okraji Liptovského Mikuláše v menším bytovém domě s výhledem na masiv Nízkých Tater s vlastním parkovacím místem. Jestliže nevlastníte automobil, veřejná doprava je v dosahu. V blízkosti vede železniční trať. Místo je klidné, někomu však mohou vadit zvuky projíždějících vlaků,. Pro ty majitel nachystal na noční stolek kvalitní vycpávky do uší pro nerušený spánek. Místo je atraktivní nejen pro milovníky horské letní a zimní turistiky, ale i pro blízkost nejrůznějších minerálních pramenů a lázeňských zařízení. Navštívili jsme Kaďu v Liptovském Jánu a lázně Lúčky. Kaďa je přírodní tůňka s celoročním užíváním, termální vodu probublává sirný plyn který prohřívá klouby . V Lúčce je v celoročním provozu 24 hodin denně termální koupaliště, jsou tu také lázeňské a wellness služby Liptovský Mikuláš jsme navštívili v zimě se záměrem lyžování. V dosahu je Ski Jasná, asi 8 km, nejznámější lyžařské středisko na Slovensku v pohoří Nízkých Tater s jejich nejvyšším vrcholem Chopkem. V blízkosti a dokonce přímo v Mikuláši nedaleko bydlení je i menší sjezdovka, kterou jsme také navštívili a strávili tu příjemné odpoledne. Směrem k Vysokým Tatrám jsme navštívili ski Ždiar Dolinky, vhodné zejména pro rodiny i s menšími dětmi, Zde doporučujeme navštívit restauraci Bodliak, byl to gurmánský zážitek. Asi 50 kilometrů za Mikulášem směrem za Dolným Kubínem jsme si dobře zalyžovali na Kunínské holi, vhodné i pro náročnější lyžaře. Podobných středisek je v dosahu Mikuláše více. Vše jsme probádat nestihli. Dá se zajet i do Vysokých Tater, třeba na Štrbské Pleso. V blízkosti Mikuláše je i velké jezero Liptovská Mara, vhodné pro letní rekreaci. Směrem na Jasnou se nachází Demenovská ledová jeskyně. Možností je zkrátka hodně a rádi se sem vrátíme i v jiném ročním období. Cena apartmánu je také velmi příznivá. Vřele doporučujeme. Great accommodation for long term and short stays. Clean and located near many shops and stores in walking distance. Good WiFi and full kitchen.

I was there for 3 months. It is a really nice little house, the sea is 100 meters away, and the beach is really pretty. Smaller shops are also in walking distance. With Maja and her husband we didn't communicate a lot, but just because there was no need for it. But when we did, they were super kind and approachable. In the neighborhood there live (when I was there) a bunch of super happy children, whose laughter gave an extra very nice happy vibe to the house. I had a great time.

I stayed one month in the apartment (January / February) and enjoyed it very much: The location and the VIEW are both excellent. Only one thing: it can be cold (funny remark for Athens). So, if you are not comfortable with it, just avoid January and February. Thank you Yorgis! Marco

It was a pleasure to stay in Miras apartment during our semester abroad. The apartment is exactly like on the pictures and the whole contact with Mira and her husband was very nice and helpful. Also the location of the apartment was very good. I lived there together with a friend and the size of the apartment was pretty enough for these five months. Thank you for all!

Perfect house and owner. stayed for 5 months and it was great really clean apartment and there are lots of things in the area to do and close to public transport.

Comfortable house and very available owner

Marcelo is a great host. He was very easy to communicate and work with. He was thorough with instructions and prompt with responses and addressing any issues. The apartment is in a great location with all the amenities within walking distance. We were here in winter but the apartment has access to a pool so would be wonderful for anyone with kids. The only downside, if you could even call that, is that the apartment has lovely antique furniture so we had to be extra careful all the time as we have two little boys so that was a bit hard. Overall the apartment and neighborhood served us well and we will miss it as we really enjoyed staying here for four months.

Merci à Sandra pour ce logement. Il est très agréable à vivre. Sandra est une super hôte, elle est toujours disponible et toujours la si besoin. Le logement est bien situé et à côté d’une station de tram.

Everything was perfect! Luis is very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need, nothing was missing.

Very satisfied with the apartment, which is located in a very nice area. Communication with Lukas was smooth and friendly throughout the stay. He was always very helpful and gave us many great tips on restaurants and other things to do. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nos quedamos durante 13 noches y todo estuvo fantástico. Es grande, cómodo. Lo único que podía mejorar es que el agua de la ducha no sale muy caliente como para el invierno. El departamento está completamente equipado, con lavavajillas, TV, wifi, Lavarropas y buena decoración. Gracias!

Příjemné, čisté a klidné bydlení. Cesta do centra je delší, ale zastávka MHD je blízko a spojení je dobré.
