I am so fortunate that I can find this property; especially the owner was so kind to my son. He provided him a lot of information as it is useful to a person never been to this place. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding upon arrival. And, the view out of the apartment is nice and private, however the air conditioning didn't function properly for the majority of our stay. With the apartment facing west, it was unbearable during August. There were adequate items for cooking etc, however some basic items like an iron, vacuum, and drying rack for clothes would have been nice. The landlord was a good communicator so that made the stay pleasant. .

Great apartment with a lot of space and light, well equipped! Really nice and quiet balcony as it's facial the courtyard. Good internet and desks/ chairs for working.
Communication with Michaela was easy and she was helpful with anything I needed, would stay at her place again :)

The studio was very nice, cozy and clean. The location is safe and surrounded by a beautiful neighbourhood excellently linked to any part of the town. The owner is really friendly and welcoming. He took care of every need I had and was very easy to contact. Communication was great! Overall an great experience.

A nice studio flat with a beautiful roof terrace. Although it's not the biggest flat, I found it very comfortable, with a great view over Prague, a nice shower and a small kitchen that has most things you need. I would have liked to have an oven so I could bake a pizza, for example. Linda was always available if I had questions, which I appreciated. The flat was not very clean when I first moved in but thankfully Linda remedied that quickly.

The flat was as described - looks really good and provides everything one needs for a longer stay. The location is great with a supermarket right next to the main entrance, with restaurants on the roof and a cafe across the street, etc. However, it's a bit noisy in the morning around 7am as the street is busy. You can also find a pebble beach 5min from the apartment.
The communication with the host was great.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, everything was as described. Nice neighbourhood, quiet family residential area. 2 different mini market shops both within a 5 minute walk. Metro Stristkov is a 7 minute walk or 1 stop by bus, very easy to get to. Communication with the landlord was great.

This is a small, but nice apartment in a good location. The owners are very communicative and accommodating. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September and had zero issues. We both work remotely for companies in the United States, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. There isn’t a ton of space for two people to work, but the Alcantara library is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. I spent several afternoons there working, and it is a wonderful space with lots of natural light, power connections and good Wi-Fi. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this apartment.
