For people who wants to rent that apartment be careful. The apartment itself is quite good.... BUT the attitude of the apartment owner is just terrible. Waiting for a response from the owner can take up to a week. several times in a month, our electricity was cut off and we had to solve this problem ourselves and for our own money. Don't recommend that place 3/10

The apartment has excellent transport connections. Everything is easily accessible and nearby. The apartment is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. The landlady is very nice and helpful. You can get used to the noise of the street.

I had more than a fantastic stay. It is like shown on the pictures. Comfy and warm as a home should be.

The flat holds also everything you need in very good quality and condition.

The landlord is suuuuper nice. She answers quick and in case you need something, she helps you.

The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood. You are close to the party zone and you have it quite at night for a rested sleep. Supermarkets are around the corner. Also a local market. Or some cafés.

We rented the flat for 1 year and it became our first home in Prague. Tomas is an amazing host, from the beginning till the end everything went well. He always helped us when we need.

The flat is exactly as the pictures show. Ceskomoravska is a very secure family friendly and calm neighbourhood. And has a great public transport options, close to the tram , metro, bus stop and even train stop. Next to a big shopping mall where you can find everything. Everything necessary was available in the apartment.
We definitely recommend.

The location was great, and the flat was clean and comfortable. Having both a washer and a dryer was very convenient. The kitchen had a few insects, but that's to be expected on the ground floor in Barcelona. My only complaints were that there was not enough comfortable seating in the living room, and the shower was smaller than any I've seen in Europe.

Lenka was so communicative (despite the language barrier) and kind and the home was perfect! Such a convenient location, a safe a friendly building, too. The apartment is well-appointed and though small, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I actually cried a little when I left, after 3 months it felt like home. Special kudos for Lenka for pricing the flat reasonably when others were price gouging. This stay enabled us to achieve a dream of emigrating with our pets, and for that we are eternally grateful. The flat is situated perfectly - it lays in the heart of the city. The owner and people at Restaurant Max are very helpful and simply awesome. If you need help or assistance, you can surely count on it.

The internet connection is suitable for remote work, easily handles VPN, even on multiple computers.

There are all appliances needed for a longer stay. We liked the flat very much and highly recommend it!
