Antonio was amazing. He worked with me while I was struggling to get my visa paperwork sort out and he even allowed me to change the date of arrival. The house is in a nice area, very close to the beach and shops. It is quite far from downtown Porto, but you have plenty of buses running nearby.

A wonderful, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. It's a little noisy due to the trams running underneath the building, but the ideal location makes up for it. It's a great neighborhood with everything you need. Lucie is a very friendly host, always ready to help. Thank you for this good time!

The apartment is located in a great area, walking distance to most places. Also the metro is very close. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, well structured, with great insulation and modern. The company BnBird reacted quickly to the messages although on the day of my arrival, just few hours before, their employee said they still did not have my signed lease and was not sure if they can let me in (the lease was signed weeks ago as per Flatio rules). Moreover, the apartment was not clean: we found dirty underwear, stains on the mattress, hair and dust on most surfaces. The company reacted quickly and suggested the cleaning next day, also brought extra sheets and towels.
All in all, if the apartment would have been clean upon arrival and with a few more forks and spoons (for 2 people just 1 tea spoon, 3 soup spoons etc.) our long-stay would have been more comfortable.

Kristóf and Brigitta were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It’s a bright little haven in Budapest and a perfect place to stay.

Very good apartment in a good neighborhood. We chose this apartment because it was large enough for an extended stay, but we were worried that the 15 to 20 minute walk to the center might be too much. In the end we found that there was a bus that went every 10 minutes to the center and also that the immediate neighborhood had excellent restaurants, Sidrerias, cafes and more than adequate grocery stores. The owners were very nice and the apartment was very functional and tastefully furnished. There was also something I liked about being away from the hustle of the center. We would probably try to get the same apartment if we come back.

Highly recommended! Everything was exactly like in pictures. Flat is furnished with everything that's needed and more (I even used some dumbbells to workout). Communication with Hugo is excellent and clear. Internet is very fast and stable. And the view from rooftop is stunning. Overall amazing experience, we already miss the apartment!
