We stayed in this apartment for about 3 months. The pictures of the place provide a good idea what to expect. It even feels bigger in person. The apartment is located in a well-maintained high-rise on the 5th floor with lift. The unobstructed view from the two balconies is wonderful. Even in the heat of summer there is always a little breeze. The location is very desirable as the apartment is in walking distance to town center, the beach, and a big supermarket is also close. A huge plus is the available parking space around the building even during the most busy summer time. I highly recommend this rental for what it is but also because Pedro is a wonderful and accommodating host.

All it was good în general but the problem is a lott of Ants you cant let somethink in the table îs Full of ants everywhere !

Our stay in Matera was absolutely unique and will remain in our memory for a long time. The owners of the flat are extremely warm, open and helpful people. They always offered advice and support, regardless of the situation. Thanks to them, we felt at home, not just like ordinary guests. The flat we rented was very well-kept, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom and the fact that the interior was spacious were a big advantage. The location was also a huge plus – the flat was close to the centre, which allowed us to be in the heart of beautiful Matera in just a few moments. Matera itself made a huge impression on us – it is a city full of history and extraordinary monuments that delight at every turn. Walking through the narrow streets, we could feel the unique atmosphere of this place. We couldn't have dreamed of a more wonderful holiday – the combination of the hosts' hospitality, comfortable conditions and the charms of Matera made it a perfect trip.

A cozy, clean, and fully furnished apartment where you’ll feel at home. Just a short walk to a shopping mall with a market and plenty of shops. Great tram connections make it easy to get anywhere in the city.

V bytě jsme našli výborné náhradní bydlení pro naši trojčlennou rodinu a dvě kočičky pro dobu rekonstrukce našeho bytu od dubna do srpna. Přestože je byt kousek od křižovatky Anděl, je v klidné ulici, kde se dobře žije i spí. Má své osobité kouzlo (dům je z roku 1902), oceníte jej zejména v horkých letních měsících, kdy je tam skvěle. Je zařízen kombinací staršího a nového nábytku, veškeré vybavení je funkční, ocenili jsme zejména skvělé nové matrace na postelích, které jsme si nakonec pořídili i do svého rekonstruovaného bytu. Paní majitelka je velmi příjemná a vstřícná, cokoli jsme potřebovali, řešila bez odkladu a k naší spokojenosti :)

Teresa is caring and very supportive. She understands the needs of the tenants, which makes it easy to start the lease with peace of mind. The property is fully equipped—nothing is missing. From kitchenware to cleaning supplies, everything is provided as if it were a home we had lived in for years (of course, not necessarily items tailored to your personal hobbies). Even on hot days, the apartment stayed cool and comfortable inside. We stayed here as a family of four—my husband and I with our two children aged 6 and 8. The location is excellent. Within walking distance, there are bakeries, restaurants, fast food, hospitals—everything you might need. A shopping mall is also less than a 30-minute walk away. Ubers are easy to catch, and access to both the beach and downtown is outstanding. We didn’t use public transportation much, but bus stops and train stations are within walking distance as well. We are grateful to have stayed here at this cost in Portugal, where rent prices have been soaring. If you want to enjoy both seaside leisure and downtown sightseeing, we highly recommend using this place as your base.

Our stay in Zagreb was simply perfect thanks to our wonderful host. Communication was quick and friendly, and the check-in was smooth. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. We felt welcome right away and would happily return anytime. If we visit Zagreb again, we will definitely stay here once more. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place — thank you for the great hospitality!

Absolutely loved this flat. It does fit 4 people, but it might feel a little crammed if you're not used to being in smaller spaces with people. I did spend a lot of time in the flat because it was so cozy and relaxing to stay in especially with the chaos of sightseeing. It had everything you needed to be comfortable. I would not recommend to someone who has any issues with stairs because it is on the top floor. If you're not familiar with the UK, black mold is pretty common (plenty of cleaning supplies available), google the symbols on the stove, hang drying clothes is normal so plan laundry to allow for enough time to dry, and be aware of outlets having their own on/off switches.

Very pleasant experience Camille is a Super star host and puts in 110% for the customer. Room exceeds expectations for space.
