Great and bright apartment with loads of morning sun (bring a sleep mask if you're not used to it). Spacious and open, nicely renovated and equipped.
Location is quite calm for a district that close to city center but public transport is in walking distance. Loads of coffee places and restaurants close by, perfect for a home-office working day among people.

The host Janka is very nice and quick to respond. Helpful and chill, very easy-going.

Had a great stay and would come back in future.

Arsan was always available and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Communication was consistently friendly and polite — we really appreciated that! We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The apartment was well laid out and very well equipped. The workspace was excellent, with practical desks and a comfortable setup. We also really enjoyed the lovely little terrace — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Would definitely recommend! :)

Great and large apartment for a family. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need: we often cooked. The location is great: near the park, museum, cafe, beach and bus stops. Thanks to the hostess for her help with everything. I recommend it for a long stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to an amazing host who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we booked, the host responded quickly to all our questions, making us feel completely at ease.
We did encounter a minor issue with the stove, but the host's responsiveness was incredible; a brand new one was replaced within a day! This level of attentiveness truly made a difference.
The place itself was impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the early morning birds chirping and the gentle sound of flowing water created such a refreshing and peaceful start to each day. It was the perfect way to feel rejuvenated after a good night's sleep.
We can't recommend this host and their beautiful place enough!

We had a lovely time, the place really feels like home! The apartment is a cozy gem in the best area of Budapest :)

The apartment is located on a nice, peaceful street with beautiful historic buildings, yet everything you would need is a few minutes away, grocery stores, cafés, public transport, the parliament...

The decor is lovely, the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Internet is fast and reliable.
I liked the courtyard view as it was quiet, and as the apartment is on the top floor, the place was still bright enough.

Check-in was smooth, Orsolya is a very nice person and it was easy to communicate with her, whenever we needed to.

The apartment is well-equipped for long and short stays, and beautifully updated. The comfortable space met our needs as remote workers, with an adequate and (mostly) stable WiFi signal. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and assisted quickly whenever necessary. Within walking distance of the metro line, it was easy to get around the city. Plenty of restaurant and grocery options nearby. We would absolutely recommend the apartment.

I spent almost 10 months in Norberts apartment and i enjoyed every second. The apartment is located in the heart of the city with easy access to everything you can dream of. The apartment is modern but still with soul. Norbert is a great and friendly host. If you want to get to know Budapest, this is the place!

The location is 1h walking or 25m with the bus from the center of funchal but still has lots of supermarkets and food around: good location.
The home was good with a few flaws.
The communication with the host was frustrating. A lot of misinformation about the cleaning service, and i often had to remind twice for important answers. Communication really felt onsided.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was in excellent condition. We were happy to live there. Only one thing can annoy is that the apartment has a road side and in the evening it is a bit noisy when you try to watch TV or try to asleep, so you need to close windows, despite that I would highly recommend this owner and apartment for everyone
