Nie nadaje się do długoterminowego najmu. Przy wprowadzeniu zastaliśmy pokój tylko powierzchownie wysprzątany z widocznym kurzem i brudnymi oknami. Pokój jest mały, ale zgodny z ogłoszeniem. Kuchnia: wspólna, brudna z powodu innych współlokatorów, ale wyposażona wystarczająco do zwykłych potrzeb. Łazienka zawsze była niedokładnie posprzątana i niedomyta, śmierdziała nawet po sprzątaniu, rury odpływowe ciągle zatkane, prysznic z odpadającą podstawą i niedomyty, toaleta śmierdząca i brudna. Najgorszą rzeczą było podejście właściciela/firmy wynajmującej do wynajmującego: w mieszkaniu wielokrotnie był problem z palącymi współlokatorami. Problem był zgłaszany wielokrotnie w ciągu czteromiesięcznego wynajmu, jednak odpowiedzią były najpierw zapewnienia że problem będzie rozwiązany (nie był), a przy kontakcie telefonicznym słowa "jutro się wyprowadza, sporządkujemy". A śmierdziało codziennie i zapach papierosów pozostawał na wiele dni. Ogółem nie polecam i za podobną cenę rekomenduję znaleźć inne mieszkanie.

The internet in the apartment is 2 Mbit/second download, and 0.8 - 1.4 Mbit/second upload. You should consider this before renting. I have contacted the owner about this matter, but haven't received help at all.

Therefore, the neighbourhood is nice. Huge forest nearby to walk. But I would probably recommend to have a car. The apartment itself is without separate rooms. So you have beds inside of the hall.
Although, the bathroom is huge.

Small apartment, charming but badly laid out. It have a good location with a mall near. The confort is ok.
Unfortunately we left the appartement 3 months before the end of the contract. The bathroom smelled the cigarette and the landlord didn't found a solution. The landlord doesn't matter of our health and our confort, it's a shame.

The apartment location is excellent! Communicating with the owner was easy, and their supports works perfectly. However flat was small than it was shown in the pictures. It is a nice place for short-term stayings, like 1-3 days. But don't expect much.

The apartment was very dirty when I entered, almost all dishes still a little bit dirty, I even found food on the floor. Hair everywhere. Towels were also dirty.
Wifi was so bad it was not usable. The landlord tried to help contacting the wifi operator but it didn't solve anything.

Very nice apartment with a lot of space in a very accessible location. However, the bed in one of the rooms was unstable, and I had to fix it myself. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.
