What happens after I complete the lease signing process?

Once you finalize all the steps of the lease signing process and we receive the first rental payment from you, the lease agreement becomes valid and binding for both contractual sides (you and your landlord). Everything is therefore in order for your arrival.
At this point, we display the landlord's contact details within your profile in the My Housing app (and we share your contact information with the landlord as well), allowing you to arrange the accommodation's handover more easily.
