Parking
Paid public parking is on the street just in front of the building. However, please pay attention that there are "Kiss and Ride" lots, because of the neighbooring school, from 7 am to 9 am and from 13 pm to 17 pm on weekdays. Usually on weekend the public parking on the street is free of charge. On weekdays parking fee is to be paid from 8 am to 10 pm. And don't forget: the public transport is excellent in Budapest.

My name is Andrew (András in Hungarian, but you can call me Andy or Andreas), and I’m from Budapest, Hungary. What I love most about this city is its unique local atmosphere—especially downtown, where life feels wonderfully vibrant. The 8th District, in particular, has a special energy that inspired me to furnish this small apartment right here in the heart of it all. Despite the lively neighborhood, the flat itself is really cosy, offering a retreat from the buzz outside. After a long day, you can come home, unwind, and truly feel at ease in a clean, peaceful space. The flat is on the top floor at the end of the corridor. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, exploring new cities, and spending time by the sea. I’m also a fan of winter sports, especially snowboarding. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
