Medium-term and winter stays in Albufeira — a practical studio for weeks or months, not a short holiday rental.
Utilities (water and electricity) and Wi-Fi are included for normal use under the Flatio contract (all-inclusive up to 15% of the rent). Any excess above that contractual limit may be charged only with documented consumption. Wi-Fi is always included for normal use.
Weekly maintenance cleaning is included for every booking length, with bed linen and towel changes and replenishment of standard supplies. It is not a daily hotel service. It excludes piled dishes, organising personal belongings, excessive dirt, and extraordinary cleaning.
High-speed UZO internet. Previous Wi-Fi speed tests have typically been around 300–400 Mbps. Actual speeds may vary depending on the device and Wi-Fi conditions.
Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and a dedicated desk make longer stays comfortable. Longer stays (90+ and 180+ days) are priced at clearly lower monthly rates than shorter ones — see the live price on Flatio for your dates.
Magna Sunflower is in the Vila Magna complex near Oura and the Bullring, with shops, restaurants and a self-service laundry in the complex (no washing machine in the apartment). Seasonal pool subject to condominium rules. Private parking only if confirmed in advance — not guaranteed with the booking.

Upon arrival, the apartment will be prepared with clean bed linen and towels.
We also provide a small welcome set with water, coffee capsules, toilet paper and essential personal hygiene products, including shampoo and shower gel.
A selection of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies will also be available to make the first days of your stay more convenient.
For all stays, these standard supplies are replenished during the weekly maintenance cleaning, together with the change of bed linen and towels.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
