A motorbike is provided at the house, price of it's use already built into the cost of the house rental. You have the option to use it or not. There will be some paper work, an indemnity form to sign and an an international bike license is required. We recommend you opt in of the motorbike, as the property is situated at the top of the hill. Nearest shops and amenities are + - 1.5km away at the bottom of the hill. Too far and too steep to walk. Unless you have your own car, the bike will be necessary.
Wifi is included at the house but it is below 5k speed and while it will suffice, the better option, is to buy mobile data nearby, it is inexpensive and easy to set up (typically around RM40/month for unlimited use 5G connectivity). Instructions of where to buy a sim car can be provided upon request.
