Double room in a cozy apartment very close to Plaza de España and city centre, just beside Sants station. Train, bus, metro are by walking distance.
Main attractions such as Ramblas or Sagrada Familia are about 10 minutes by metro, while Plaza de España is only at 10 minutes walk.
There are 3 metro line walking by, and the train station is just beside.
You can reach the best places in Barcelona in just minutes, and if you want to go and see the best beaches, the train is right behind.
Toilet is for sharing with me only and sometimes with my partner.
We will share areas such as kitchen, nice living room and the balcony, from where you have a spectacular view of the park and the city.
Apartment for sharing with owner. Double room available for private use. The toilet, leaving room and the kitchen are common space.
Apartment not suitable for children due to glass furniture and highness of the house (9th floor).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
