Budapest VIII. district, not far from the promenade, 28 square meters, in good condition, 4. floor. Good traffic.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, the elevator goes to the 3rd floor and from there you can take the stairs to the apartment.
The apartment is beautiful, we recommend it mainly to foreigners studying here.

L'appartement est magnifique et très propre, nous le recommandons principalement aux étrangers qui étudient ici.

The small apartment Budapest VIII. district, about 300 meters from the promenade. Transportation is good. Metro station nearby. The apartment on the 4th floor can be reached by stairs or by the elevator going up to the 3rd floor. The house is old, quiet and peaceful, typically inhabited by elderly people. There is a municipal office in the building, where public space inspectors work. The apartment faces the courtyard, no street noise can be heard. The apartment is 28 square meters. There is a small bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and small TV. Comfort is provided by an induction stove and kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. The city center and the party district are close. Universities are also nearby.

L'appartement au 4ème étage est accessible par des escaliers ou par un ascenseur montant au 3ème étage. La maison est ancienne, calme et paisible, typiquement habitée par des personnes âgées. Il y a un bureau municipal dans le bâtiment, où travaillent les inspecteurs des espaces publics, et les personnes présentes ne dérangent pas. L'appartement donne sur la cour, aucun bruit de la rue n'est entendu. L'appartement mesure 28 mètres carrés. Il y a une petite salle de bain, une chambre avec un lit double et un salon avec cuisine. The apartment itself is modern and very pleasant to live in. Moreover, it is very beautiful and very well located. In the heart of Budapest, transportation like tramway and metro are easily and quickly accessible.

Everything is provided for the best possible experience abroad. I highly recommend this accommodation.
