The apartment was very nice. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant. The only downside is that I miss Prague a lot now ;)
Neighborhood
I couldn't have wished for better neighbors. The only downside was that there were some homeless people around the apartment building. Other than that, everything was great.

It is overall a good experience. The accommodation is satisfactory, clean, practical, has a nice decoration, is very well insulated. there were some small problems, that Francesco was able to solve and he was very reactive

The cooperation with the owner was great, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood was nice and convenient — there are several shops and a few cozy cafés nearby. It can get a bit noisy on weekend because of the bar across the street, but it wasn’t really a problem.

Very modern flat in Zizkov that is close to public transportation. Neighbourhood has everything you need, lots of grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. The flat itself is a little small for two persons, but for us it was perfectly fine. The kitchen could have been equipped a little better, but it still has all the necessities for basic cooking. Everything was very clean though, and having a smart TV and a balcony was a nice extra!

Prenajímateľ bol veľmi ochotný a komunikácia s ním prebiehala hladko. Vždy rýchlo reagoval na poruchy, čo výrazne uľahčilo situáciu. Byt bol udržiavaný v poriadku a podmienky prenájmu boli férové. Odporúčam ho každému, kto hľadá bezstarostný prenájom. :)
Bydlení u Francesca je skvělá zkušenost. Bydlím v bytě dlouhodobě a vždy, když potřebuji něco vyřešit, Francesco je vstřícný a komunikativní - reaguje rychle a ochotně pomáhá s jakýmkoliv problémem.
