StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hi, I’m Yanni! Together with my wife, Tatiana, I manage a select portfolio of properties full-time across Athens, including Tavros, Kolonaki, and Faliro. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, we pride ourselves on providing seamless, comfortable stays for travelers, professionals, and digital nomads.
As a Greek-American who previously worked in the international shipping industry, I have traveled the world extensively and truly love connecting with people from all cultures. We speak English, Greek, and Russian, making communication easy and effortless.
While we live in the Athens suburbs, we always prefer to meet our guests in person whenever possible to hand over the keys, walk you through the apartment, and share local insights to help you settle in. We look forward to welcoming you to Athens!
For tax compliance under Greek Law, my property registry number is AMA ***** for my property listing in Palaio Faliro on Dimitros 8.
