My name is Alcaires, and together with my wife, I personally manage our apartment. We take great pride in providing a comfortable, clean, and well-prepared home for guests looking for stays of 30 days or more. Our goal is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
During your stay, you can always reach me by message or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. If my wife or I are temporarily unavailable, we have a trusted local contact who can help in case of an emergency.
I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish fluently. I have also recently started studying Italian and French, so although I am still a beginner in those languages, I will do my best to communicate and assist you whenever possible.
As a lifelong resident of Rio de Janeiro, I am happy to share recommendations about the city, transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, and local services to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
