My name is Happyness, and I’m delighted to have you stay with us.

I have been a hotelier for over 30 years, with the privilege of working with some wonderful hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Emaar and Rove Hotels. Throughout my career, customer service has always been more than just a job for me — it is something I genuinely enjoy and am passionate about.

I have called Dubai home for almost 20 years, but I have always loved travelling and discovering new places. Nairobi is one of my favourite cities, and I’m happy to share a little piece of it with you.

Although I may not always be physically at the apartment, I remain personally involved with all my guests. You will also have access to a professional and trusted team who are available to assist with anything you may need during your stay, from questions about the apartment to recommendations and practical assistance.

My aim is simple: for you to feel comfortable, well looked after and at home during your stay in Nairobi.
