We are Daniela and Nicola, and we've lived in Germany for 25 years, but we're both Italian. Nico is a computer scientist, and I'm a statistician. We have an 18-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son. Everyone at home loves music, and everyone, except me, plays at least one instrument. We speak several languages ​​and are very open to different cultures and travel.
I'm Sicilian, and we're renting our beautiful seaside house near Palermo, where I grew up.

The house is a large apartment in a villa with a garden and direct, private access to the sea, right in front of Palermo.

It consists of a large living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the sea, where you can admire a wonderful sunset and enjoy your morning coffee. A dining room leads to the eat-in kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, oven, and dishwasher.

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a toilet with a shower.

In addition to the main balcony, there are two additional terraces, both leading to the garden.

Only 125 steps separate you from a little paradise: one of the most beautiful seaside corners of Sicily.

In the flat you dispose of fast internet and is an excellent retreat for remote working, a peaceful seaside holiday even in winter, visiting cities and enjoying nature.
