Hi, I’m Jiří, a lot of years I’ve lived abroad, actually my whole life I’ve been to subleases (Massachusetts, Florida, Mexico, Brasil). So I KNOW what it means and how it feels to be able to come “home”, to a small oasis (where ever you are) which is only yours, where you can relax and be in peace. So I designed all little details in the rooms so you can feel that way..., to be in peace ;) and if anything you’d need, I’ll be there.
Ahoj, já jsem Jirka, žil jsem dlouho v zahraničí a vlastně celý život v podnájmech, takže moc dobře vím, co to znamená přijít domu - do své malé oázy klidu, dle toho jsem koncipoval všechny detaily v bytě a pokoji, který teď můžeš mít......, a být v klidu ;) , budu ti v tom nápomocen, když bude třeba.

The place is generally quite small but cozy, and despite the size of the table or kitchen, there was a good amount of space to store luggage and other items. Cooking facilities are adequate.
It is located quite close to the Prague Castle on the upper side, with convenient access to trams at the Malovanka station. Restaurants nearby are typically good.
This apartment seems to have been renovated recently while the rest of the building is old, so there were some minor hiccups during my stay. The host, Jiri, is fairly nice and usually responds to messages within a few hours, but he also has an actual job so his in-person availability is more limited. If I come back to Prague, I would certainly like to stay here again :)

Quiet residential neighborhood, nothing too interesting. Streets are clean, most buildings are well-maintained, and streets are properly lit at night

Everything as agreed. The accommodation was very good, fully equipped. Jiri was communicating very well, he also speaks very good English.

Nice quiet location that is close to Hradčany district. There is a grocery store nearby where you can get necessities. There is also a tram line nearby to connect to other places in Prague.

The studio was very nice, cozy and clean. The location is safe and surrounded by a beautiful neighbourhood excellently linked to any part of the town. The owner is really friendly and welcoming. He took care of every need I had and was very easy to contact. Communication was great! Overall an great experience.

Lovely environment. Lots of parks and families around the area. Very well linked to the center and any other location by bus and tram. Close to the Castle and other historical sites.

The room is comfortable and located in a beautiful residential area just 15 minutes walk by the center. Jiri the owner is a very kind person, always available for any need you may have. I had a wonderful experience.

Krásný pokojík s oknem do vnitrobloku. V koupelně je parádní pohodlná vana. Oceňuji praktické detaily, jako je třeba automatické noční světlo na chodbě bytu. Dobře dostupná, atraktivní, a přitom klidná lokalita.

Bydlení u pana Tomáška je vymysleno a uzpůsobeno velmi prakticky, takže zde máte vše co potřebujete k životu. Zárověň vždy pomohl s čímkoliv co jsem v bytě potřeboval a aktivně se snažil mi pobyt zpříjemnit.
