The apartment also includes a balcony.

This sought-after location is comprised of residential buildings and provides excellent transport options. The Karlovo náměstí metro station is just 2 minutes away by tram, while the city ring is reachable by car in 7 minutes. Václav Havel Airport is accessible in 27 minutes, and the Nový Smíchov Shopping and Entertainment Centre is a quick 8-minute drive. Nearby amenities include local shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, and a post office. For leisure activities, there are an outdoor gym, tennis courts, and cycling paths. Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.

Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
