Relax on the charming patio after exploring the vibrant neighborhood. Perfect for both short and long stays.It is a 1-bedroom apartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed, Smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a double bed in the cozy bedroom. Access to the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, is from the living room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, a washing machine and electric dryer are available.You control the heating and cooling on the thermostat. The apartment has ceiling cooling and underfloor heating.You have a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle and tea at your disposal.The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator.Guest accessCheck in is after 4pm and check out before 10am. If you need to check in after 10pm, just let us know.We understand that travel plans can sometimes be unpredictable. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
