A few notes to help you settle in comfortably:
Entrance
• Please remove shoes inside the apartment.
• Disposable slippers are provided.
Living Room
• The sofa hides a single pull-out bed underneath.
• The sofa itself can also be used as a comfortable sleeping space.
Dining Area
• Table games are stored in the cabinet by the window.
• A beach umbrella is available inside the same cabinet.
• Tablecloths and cork mats are located in the kitchen shelves.
Workspace
• The desk has three drawers with office essentials and a sewing kit.
• It receives natural light, perfect for reading or remote work.
Kitchen
• Toaster: top right cabinet.
• Hand blender: second drawer.
• Fully equipped for home cooking.
Bedroom
• Ceiling fan works with the main light switch; control is on the left bedside wall.
• Extra sheets, pillows, and a blanket are in the wardrobe.
Bathroom
• Under the sink: first-aid kit, hairdryer, cleaning spray.
• Toiletries are available for your use.
Balcony
• Seaview seating for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
• Please roll up the sun shade when it’s windy.

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone:
• Please treat the home with care.
• No shoes inside, slippers provided.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM.
• No parties or events. Guests hosting parties will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• No smoking or drugs inside the home. Violations will result in authorities being contacted.
• No unregistered guests without prior approval.
• Trash should always be placed inside the provided bin.
