This luxury studio is located in the absolute heart of the city center on Agiou Markou pedestrian street, 5 min walk to Syntagma square, 5 min walk to Monastiraki, 4 min to Panepistimio! It was just renovated (Aug19) and is a cozy nest next to everything, 450 meters from the Acropolis. Syntagma is the central square of Athens where the luxury Athenian hotels are located. This neighborhood is the safest and most central in town.It is part of our floor of five studios next to each other.The spaceYou can just walk anywhere from the location of the house, it is at the absolute center and next to everything!The apartment is at the 3rd floor of the building.The refurbishment just finished on August 2019, and the amenities include:-a large bathroom with a nice spacious shower and a built, luxuriously equipped with Villeroy & Boch bathware- one king size bed with an amazing mattress, 33cm thick with Memory Foam that adjusts to your weight- Good Wifi of course :)-a 49" TV with NETFLIX so that you can watch TV/movies/series/documentaries- A huge Air Conditioning machine of 18000btu for both heating and cooling, to keep you always at your favourite temperature- a well equipped kitchen, mini bar, oven, 2 kitchen hobs for cooking etc-a brand new Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, boiler etc-lots of lighting options-Very large closets for your clothes, empty for guests with hangers etc-hair dryer-always fresh Egyptian cotton bedsheets and towels-a lunch table/desk where you can workThere is a large supermarket at a 2 min distance from the house The location is the safest in Athens.We also have four more Airbnb studios on the same floor in the building, so in case you are a bigger group let me know and we can arrange it.Other things to noteInterior design: Krini DimopoulouPhotography: Eleftheria Ike / photosfaira.grRegistration Details00000857530

How Flatio works
Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
