This is a fully renovated apartment with great use of space. It's perfect for couples and friends, it' also a great fit if you're travelling on business.

It is located one floor up from street level and there is an elevator in the building. The apartment comprises of a living space complete with an open plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine with dryer function.

In the living room there is an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal, a dining table that can seat up to four people. From here you can access to the mezzanine with a sleeping area with a queen size bed. Please note due to the architectural features and practical design, the ceiling height on the mezzanine is low (approximately 140 cm).

In the living room there is a smart 4K TV with Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, MAX, Prime Video, AppleTV (all of which can be used with your own account).

There is a separate bedroom with a double bed.

The windows open on the building's inner courtyard, and the windows are well insulated so despite the street being busy, the apartment is relatively quiet. However, keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper.

There is also air conditioning and electrical heating when the season requires.

Welcome package

Linen and towels
We provide two sets of bed linen and towels per person. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message for details). There is no cleaning or linen/towel change during the rent period.

Consumables
You will find a starter pack of consumables such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a booking of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

How can I pay?

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
