Welcome to your home in El Padul! Our cozy apartment is located at 5 Santa Ana Street, right in the heart of the old town. It is the perfect retreat whether you are looking to relax in nature or explore the magical city of Granada and its surroundings.
Being located in the heart of the village, everything is close at hand: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport nearby to get around to Granada comfortably.
The Accommodation and Access
Charming Access: The property is accessed through a beautiful and authentic Andalusian patio.
Stairs: To get up to the attic, there are two very comfortable and easy-to-climb flights of stairs (10 steps on the first one and 14 on the second one).
Space for your comfort: If you are traveling with a bike, you can leave the bicycles in the patio without having to carry them upstairs.

We designed and decorated this apartment together: my wife is a real estate agent who handled the interior design, while I am a photographer, paint pictures in my free time, and even crafted some of the furniture. Since we live right below, we are always close by if you need anything, have any questions, or require quick assistance during your stay. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
