The space
Lovely, artsy & modern flat at the perfect location!
Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. It can sleep up to 6 people.
ROOMS
The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable double bedrooms. All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains.
OPEN SPACE LIVING & DINING ROOM & KITCHEN
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable L shaped sofa. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, coffee, tea, toaster, kettle, French press, coffee machine, big fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and more.
BATHROOM
The house has one spacious bathroom. The bathroom benefits from a big shower head & bathtub.
BABY COT
We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. We don’t provide a baby proper mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please bring your own :)
PARKING
Parking is available for as little as £8 per day.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
