Cosy new equipped apartment with a large garden. Right at the stop of the red line C metro "Budějovická" (2 minutes walk). Direct connection to the centre of Prague - about 10 minutes. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) in one of the architecturally significant 1930s buildings in a functionalist style. There is a lot of greenery around the apartment. Budějovická also belongs among one of the up-and-coming city districts.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a toilet - total area of 47 sq metres. The interior is fully furnished, all the equipment is at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped for everyday use (microwave, oven, electric kettle, all utensils), washing machine in the bathroom. Free high-speed wifi available. The apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 people.

The direct downtown connection is about 10 minutes away by red “C” metro. Uber availability under 7 minutes, 15 minutes in rush hour. The DBK Shopping Mall is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Immediately opposite DBK there are hospitals and emergency. There is also Pankrác office district nearby and a large and modern shopping Mall “Arkády”.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden, smoking is possible on the gallery just in front the apartment. Noisy behaviour is forbidden, there are pleasant bars and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is very calm, quiet and safe.

Really cool historical building and flat! Had a few communication issues but I think that was mostly my American phone. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself is very nice. It is warm, cozy, has plenty of storage, and has pretty much everything you could need. But what I really loved was the location. Just a quick walk across the street to the red line metro, and you can get anywhere in the city in minutes. 1 stop (about 1 minute) on the metro gets you to the major bus depot to go to the towns to the south of Prague.

How can I cancel my booking?
