Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The first issue I found is if I want some privacy, I need to draw all the curtains which blocked all the sunlight, and at day time there was a construction going outside the apartment so it was a a bit noisy and there were people coming and going all the time. If I want to get changed or just feel a bit more "free", I need to draw all the curtains. This made me feel a bit concerned during my stay. However I'm sure when the construction is done the place would be so quiet and peaceful with fewer people walking outside.
It's very touristy, with the famous tram 28 just at the corner. Sometimes it's too crowded on the tram and the experience was not very nice. However it is close to everything, big supermarket, nice restaurants, all walkable distance.
For restaurant, D'As beatas and RD's restaurant are such a nice restaurant, also Cafe Mortara has the best handmade pasta. For Portuguese restaurant just follow the guide the apartment gave ;)
Graca is a lovely neighborhood with a distinctly local feel. You'll have to walk up some seriously steep hills if you're coming from the center, but it is very, very worth it. The flat is a 2 min walk from the highest (and very happening) miradouro in Lisbon. There are multiple supermarkets, cafes, and a lovely plaza just down the street.
The flat itself has cleaning supplies, comfortable bed, a washer, dishwasher, excellent wifi, a coffee maker, and a TV with HDMI capabilities.
The only thing is that in the photos it looks like the backyard is private. It's not your own backyard, but it's shared by a few houses. It never posed an issue for me. All the neighbors are just lovely and there's an adorable dog that hangs around as well.

The wine shop Vino Vero around the corner (past the Spar and down the stairs) is always busy and they have excellent wine and vibes.
