Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

We had a good stay at this apartment. It's really close to public transport, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and practical, fitting our needs well. However, sometimes the owner was slow to respond to messages, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, we enjoyed our accommodation. The flat was very clean when we arrived, it however did not have the expected furniture, for example, we used a desk as a dining table, which means that one of us didn't have a desk. Additionally, there were exactly three plates and three bowls which is not enough for 3 people. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling which was only dealt with by the landlord after contacting three different people and waiting almost 2 months. Our contact person also changed three times throughout our 4-month stay.

The apparent overall was amazing, great view, a lot of space, totally would recommend for the big company, you basically have everything you need. Really liked the place of it, not far away from the city center, small shop down the street, public transport not far away from the flat.
