Chateau Zoric is a peaceful private home surrounded by nature in the heart of inland Dalmatia. Located near Vrlika, at the foot of the Dinara mountain, it offers privacy, space and a slower rhythm of life while providing everything needed for comfortable remote work and longer stays.

The house has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection. There is also free private parking and plenty of outdoor space to relax, read, work or simply enjoy the surrounding landscape.

The house was renovated with comfort in mind while retaining the character of a traditional rural home. Large windows open towards the hills and valley, and the surroundings are exceptionally peaceful, especially outside the main tourist season.

The location is one of the special features of Chateau Zoric. Vrlika, with shops, cafés, restaurants and other everyday services, is only about 5 km away. At the same time, the house is surrounded by some of the most impressive natural landscapes of inland Dalmatia.

Dinara is home to Sinjal, the highest peak in Croatia. Nearby Peruća Lake offers opportunities for swimming, kayaking and enjoying the surrounding mountains, while the spectacular source of the Cetina River is one of the region's most remarkable natural sights.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming, photography and exploring the countryside, mountains and villages of inland Dalmatia. The Adriatic coast is also within reach by car for occasional trips, while the house itself offers a quiet base away from the crowds of the coast.

Chateau Zoric is particularly suitable for remote workers, couples, small families and anyone looking for a longer stay in nature without giving up everyday comforts. It is not a traditional tourist resort or a place designed only for a short holiday. It is a private home where you can settle in, work during the day, explore the surrounding landscape in your free time and enjoy a different pace of life.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
