House for rent - Алкобаса

On Flatio since October 2020

This studio is located in a property in Cela Velha, nearby Nazaré and Alcobaça. In the same room there is a Queen size bed (1,60cm large), wood heater, small wardrobe (old chaminee) and a kitchenette with electric stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettler and fridge.
There is a private toilet outside the studio but under roof. (take this in consideration because of the winter)
This used to be a shelter for animals that was renovated into a studio. Above it's a two bedroom house used sometimes by the owners.
There is a private area outside with a sofa and dining area.

Wood for the heater must be bought by the renter.

We are developing a permaculture project in this land and we will be working in the outdoors all winter.

The property is isolated from neighbors but it has a street nearby with access to the closest villages (1km away).

The ceiling is 2 meters high (not suitable for people taller than 195cm) and because it's an old house sometimes you can hear movements from the house upstairs.

This studio is perfect if you love nature and don't mind the rural way of living.

There is internet wifi, not fibra, but works ok. We will install a Tv inside the studio.

Washing machine available.

In November we will be changing the roof tiles but it doesn't interfere with the studio.

Iara and her husband take their role as hosts to heart. They are exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and helpful. They were willing to do me an extra favour, taking care of everything themselves. With long conversations I felt like a family member.
