The apartment is located on a lower ground floor. It is well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with kitchen appliances. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc.
Each room is bright and sunny, is lockable and equipped with a bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. The garden practically comes into your room. If you feel like it you can even grow your own herbs just behind your window:)
You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o.). Both girls and boys live in that flat (currently girls are in majority ). All of them are nice and kind people.
Excellent public transport: close to subway station – Metro Wilanowska (4 min walk) and multiple buses and trams (1-2 minutes walk). Close to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów and the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor).
Well connected with universities , city center, and all parts of Warsaw. Universities, examples of travel time:

Building located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need is within walking distance – public transport, shops, restaurants, parks, gyms, shopping centers .
Location: close to city centre (10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various periodic public events like Targ Śniadaniowy ( Foodie Market) each Sunday just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Staying here you can enjoy convenient public transport and proximity to the centre, but still you can stay in a safe, peaceceful and quiet place.
Regular cleaning of shared parts of the apartment is arranged by the owner and is free of charge, however please note that as in all shared flats it is important to clean after yourself each time you use a bathroom or a kitchen, all spaces need to be left clean, we don't make noise here and contribute to cleanliness and quietness of this place.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.

Rent
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
