We would like to offer you a room for one person in a beautiful spacious apartment 3+1 with high ceilings on the second floor of a nice traditional Prague townhouse. The apartment is situated in a popular area near Thomayerovy sady (park) and closed to the river Vltava, a paradise for local sport-minded people. The location of the flat is a guarantee for convenient and fast travel to the center of Prague due to the close metro stations and a tram stop situated just right in front of the house.

The room is very spacious (16 m2) and bright due to windows oriented to the West (with the street view). The room is impassable and can be locked. As an advantage, there is new equipment in a room which was fully furnished above standards:
- sleeping area: double bed (160 cm bed), mattresses, 1x duvet, 1x pillow, bed shelf, bedside lamp, (WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN)
- work area: desk with drawers, a wheelchair, table lamp

FLAT DISPOSITION: Apartment has 74 m2 and it was very well designed as 3+1. There are 3 rooms, a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a toilet and a separate room with a second toilet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated house in the street Zenklova. Most of the day, the flat is bright and sunny due to its largely westward orientation of windows.

EQUIPMENT: All rooms are newly and above standard furnished. After extensive reconstruction works 2017 in the flat, there is, for example, a beautiful bathroom with heated floors or floating floors in the rooms.

LOCATION: The location of the apartment is characterized by perfect accessibility to the center: tram stop “U Kříže” (tram nr. 3,6,10,24) just in front of the house, metro B, C (Kobylisy and Palmovka) up to 5 min. The location is also exceptional due to its sports options. A few minutes by walk from the house there are 2 parks (Thomayerovy sady, park Pod Korábem) and a beautiful cycling path to Troja or running trail (around the river Vltava). The location is also highly in demand due to the proximity of cultural activities (Pod Palmovkou Theater) or many cozy cafes and restaurants close to Karlin district. There is a very popular bakery/ cafe Pance & Landi or the favourite pub U Jarolímku located a few steps close to the house.

PARKING: The area around the building provides parking for free on the street.

ROOMMATES: A maximum of 3 people live in the apartment (1 in each room). We focus on young, relaxed people, either in the later stages of their studies, or young working professionals (age approx. 20-30). We do not provide short-term accommodation in the apartment!
